Dec. 4 Deputies logged 30 incidents, including the following: DNR complaint — Authorities investigated a report of a person shooting a gun from a vehicle on County Road BB and Barhrke Lane in Gillett. Accident — Authorities responded to an accident in which a semitanker with a blown tire ended up in a shrub on a lawn on state Highway 22 in Lena. Welfare check — Authorities investigated a complaint from a grandparent stating her grandchildren are being kept in cages and not being fed on Pine Valley Terrace in Abrams. Harassment — Authorities investigated a complaint of a business owner abusing workers on Geano Beach Road in Little Suamico. Welfare check — Authorities assisted a female, 82, on Birch Creek Lane, Little Suamico, who was having chest pains and difficulty breathing. Dec. 3 Deputies logged 29 incidents, including the following: Accident — Authorities investigated a vehicle that struck trees and went into the ditch on Fireside Road near County Road A in Lena. Animal Bite — Authorities investigated a report from Bellin Hospital in Oconto of a 20-month-old child on Oakland Lane in Oconto who was scratched and bit by a cat. The cat’s owner was notified and was uncooperative. Traffic Miscellaneous — Authorities investigated a report of a semitruck driving recklessly on U.S. Highway 41-141 in Little Suamico. Welfare check — Authorities investigated a report of a 78-year-old male on South Gilbert Lane in Abrams who was violating his probation. Dec. 2 Deputies logged 20 incidents, including the following Ambulance — Authorities assisted an injured 49-year-old female on Dionne Street in Lena. Accident — A two-vehicle accident occurred on U.S. Highway 141 and County Road E in Abrams. No injuries were reported. Criminal Damage — Authorities investigated a report of a snow plow damaging a fence on County Road Y in Oconto. Assault — A female caller reported being assaulted by her brother at her parents’ home on Markusen Lane in Mountain. Accident — A vehicle was in a ditch on Holiday Inn Road in Suring. Dec. 1 Deputies logged 25 incidents, including the following Citizen Assist — Authorities assisted a male while he removed his belongings from a home on Froelick Road in Abrams. Suspicious — Authorities investigated a report of a flare being shot off on Lone Lane in Gillett. Traffic Miscellaneous — Authorities assisted with a dump truck on fire and blocking a lane of traffic on state Highway 22/32 in Gillett. Welfare check — Authorities investigated a report from an employer on Wood Duck Lane in Little Suamico who received a suicide letter from an employee. Citizen Assist — Authorities assisted a female while she removed her belongings from her ex-husband’s home on Quarterline Road in Gillett. Nov. 30 Deputies logged 28 incidents, including the following Intoxication — Authorities investigated a report of a female driver passed out behind the wheel on state Highway 32, north of Mountain. Motorist Assist — Authorities assisted a male walking on state Highway 32 whose vehicle was in the ditch north of Mountain. Assault — Authorities investigated a report of a 17-year-old who was struck in the face by a male on Pleasant View Drive in Pulaski. Juvenile problem — Authorities assisted with an out-of-control 16-year-old female who was breaking things in a home on County Road C in Oconto Falls. Domestic — Authorities assisted a woman whose boyfriend locked her out of the house on state Highway 22 in Lena. Nov. 29 Deputies logged 38 incidents, including the following Stolen vehicle — A vehicle was reportedly taken from a bar on state Highway 32/64 in Mountain and was located at Mountain Stone Works. Animal Problem — About 10 horses were loose and running near state Highway 32/64 and Kingston Road in Mountain. Accident — A two-vehicle accident occurred on state Highway 32 in Townsend. Two people were injured when they were ejected from a vehicle. Lakewood Rescue transported them to an area hospital. Accident — A female driver hit a tree on South Rangeline Road in Oconto and was transported to St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay. Accident — Authorities investigated a vehicle in the ditch, due to an intoxicated driver on Doran Street in Oconto. Nov. 28 Deputies logged 32 incidents, including the following Suicide Attempt — Authorities investigated a report of a man who left a suicide note at his girlfriend’s home on Nikodem Lane, Abrams. Accident — A vehicle roll-over occurred on Cross Road near Nero Lane in Sobieski. Gas Drive Off — Authorities investigated a gas drive off at Stiles Junction Food and Fuel on Duame Road in Lena. Nov. 27 Deputies logged 20 incidents, including the following Suspicious- Authorities investigated a possible break-in at a trailer on County Road T, Townsend. Tavern complaint — A fight between two males was reported at Kroll’s Bar on County Road S, Sobieski. Found property — A rifle in its case was discovered under the bypass of Highway 22/141. It was returned to its owner. Accident — A vehicle was in the ditch on Maple Grove School Road and Elm Grove School Road in Oconto. Accident — A vehicle roll-over occurred on Lower Road in Sobieski. Nov. 26 Deputies logged 18 incidents, including the following Accident — A vehicle was in the ditch on state Highway 64 and 47th Road in Pound. Missing person — Authorities assisted with a report of a 70-year-old who was missing and possibly lost in the woods on Old 64 Road and Bachman Road in Mountain. Nicolet Search and Rescue and others helped with the search, and he was located. Drug investigation — Authorities investigated a report of people manufacturing and selling drugs at a home on Valentine Road in Abrams. Agency assist — Authorities assisted Marinette County in checking for a stolen vehicle on Waboose Drive in Crivitz. Animal neglect — Authorities investigated a report from the Fond du lac Police Department of a farm on North Brown County Line Road in Pulaski selling sick and injured puppies.
