Proceedings from Nov. 19 A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Jason J. Samsa, 28, Oconto, on a felony charge of possession of THC, second-plus offense, and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Nov. 15 in Abrams. A $2,500 cash bond was reduced to $2,000. An arraignment and possible plea and sentencing hearing are scheduled Dec. 3. Proceedings from Nov. 18 A sentencing hearing was held for Mohmednoor S. Abdullahi, 21, Green Bay, on felony charge of contributing to delinquency, acts or omissions, which occurred June 21 in Oconto County. A sentence of four years (two years of incarceration and two years extended supervision) was imposed and stayed, and he was sentenced to three years of probation, with conditions of no contact with any minors except family, including his girlfriend’s family, and complete all assessments, evaluations, treatment and follow through. He may not use computers or any electronic devise, including all cell phones. Proceedings from Nov. 17 An adjourned initial appearance was held for Nathan R. Spindler, 34, Sobieski, on a felony charge of OWI, fourth within five years, and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Nov. 12 in Chase. A $10,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is Dec. 7. An arraignment was held for Dahlton J. Sutrick, 21, Gillett. He pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of possession of THC, second-plus offense, and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred July 8 in Gillett. A $1,500 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Dec. 10. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Edmond J. Sutrick, 57, Oconto Falls, on felony charges of second-degree sexual assault of a child, two counts, and repeated sexual assault of the same child, at least three violations of first- or second-degree sexual assault, which allegedly occurred Aug. 1 and Oct. 10 in Oconto Falls. A $50,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is Dec. 4. An arraignment was held for Virginia M. Huycke, 30, Oconto. She pleaded not guilty to three felony charges: issuing of food stamps to an ineligible person ($100-$5,000), illegally transferring food stamps ($100-$5,000) and misstating facts in food stamps application ($100-$ 5,000), which allegedly occurred from Nov. 1, 2014, to Dec. 15, 2014, in Oconto. A $2,500 signature bond continues. A pretrial conference is Dec. 10. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Wayne M. Chrisman, 42, Pulaski, on a federal charge of OWI, fourth within five years, which allegedly occurred Oct. 9 in Pulaski. A $2,500 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is Dec. 8. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Delbert I. Welch, 52, Suring, on a felony charge of first-degree child sexual assault, intercourse with a child under 12, which allegedly occurred Jan. 1 and Sept. 9 in Mountain. A $150,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is Dec. 3. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Steven L. Marcotte, 28, Peshtigo, on felony charges of battery to a law enforcement officer, firefighter or commission warden, repeater, and escape, criminal arrest, repeater, and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Nov. 5 in Oconto. A $50,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing was Nov. 24. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Esequiel G. Garcia, 46, Oconto, on a felony charge of possession of narcotic drugs, repeater, which allegedly occurred Oct. 30 in Oconto. A $5,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing was Nov. 24. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Cody J. Vanhoosen, 21, Oconto, on felony charges of second-degree sexual assault of a child, use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, child enticement sexual contact and exposing a child to harmful material, which allegedly occurred Sept. 1, 2013, and Dec. 31, 2014, in Oconto Falls. A $50,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is Dec. 3. An arraignment was held for James R. Plemel, 52, Sobieski. He pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of aggravated battery, elderly, and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Aug. 11 in Sobieski. A $350 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Dec. 10. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Jose G. Delgado, 33, Suring, on a felony charge of stalking, repeater, and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Oct. 11, 2010, in How. A $5,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is Nov. 30. An initial appearance was held for Nathan M. Belongia, 20, Oconto, on a felony charge of possession of an electric weapon and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Sept. 29 in Oconto. The court set a $2,500 signature bond. A preliminary hearing is Dec. 12. An initial appearance was held for Ryan J. Berg, 31, Oconto, on five felony charges of failure to support child, 120-plus days, which allegedly occurred February 2013 through June 2015 in Oconto. The court set a $6,000 signature bond. A preliminary hearing is Dec. 14. An initial appearance was held for Michael E. Vanooyen, 40, Amberg, on a felony charge of possession of THC, second-plus offense, and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred July 6 in Little Suamico. The court set a $1,000 signature bond. An adjourned initial appearance is Dec. 10. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Steven R. Koski, 28, Oconto Falls, on two felony charges of possession with the intent to deliver THC, party to a crime, manufacture and delivery of THC, party to a crime, and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Nov. 12 in Oconto Falls. The court set a $7,500 cash bond. A preliminary hearing was Nov. 24. Proceedings from Nov. 16 A sentencing hearing was held for Scott J. Arveson, 45, Denmark, on felony charges of child enticement with sexual contact, which occurred Feb. 13 and 15 in Oconto Falls. He was sentenced to three years incarceration and three years extended supervision. The court dismissed charges of use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime and cause a child 13-18 to view sexual activity. He may have no contact with any minors under the age of 18 without approval and no electronic devices with access to the Internet. He must take any assessments, evaluations, treatments and follow through, successfully complete sex offender treatment, comply with the Wisconsin sex offender registry and maintain full-time employment. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Barbara E. Grib, 45, Green Bay, on felony charges of possession of narcotic drugs and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Oct. 7 in Pensaukee. A $1,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is Dec. 14. An initial appearance was held for Eric T. Engebregtsen, 31, Oconto Falls, on felony charges of possession with the intent to deliver THC, party to a crime, second and subsequent offense, maintaining a drug trafficking place, party to a crime, second and subsequent offense, manufacture or delivery of THC, party to a crime, second and subsequent offense, and a felon possessing a firearm, which all allegedly occurred Nov. 12 in Oconto Falls. The court set a $8,500 cash bond. A preliminary hearing is Dec. 3.
