Wausau’s Marcus Yarie won the IMCA modifieds 20-lap feature race at the Shawano Speedway on June 6.
Yarie started fifth and worked his way to the front, finishing in front of Clintonville’s Lucas Lamberies and Shawano’s Andrews Yaeger.
Shawano’s Jason Yaeger started on the pole and finished ninth.
Mike Schmidt of Shawano won the first heat, and Lamberies won the second heat.
In the 20-lap IMCA sport modifieds feature race, Shawano’s AJ Springborn also started fifth and ended up taking the checkered flag.
He beat out Tigerton’s Forrest Kernen and Shawano’s Travis Rhoades.
Pulaski’s Cole Siezewski started on the pole but did not finish the race.
Winning the heat races were Tommy Rindt of Shawano and Dustin Wudstrack of Tigerton.
Drivers from Shawano took the top four spots in the dirt late models 20-lap feature race.
Troy Springborn started in the No. 2 spot and took the checkered flag. He finished in front of Lukas Postl, who started on the pole, Corbyn Wassenberg and Steve Kastning.
Springborn won the only heat race in the division.
Travis Welch of Gillett won the IMCA stock cars 20-lap feature race. He beat out Jeff Nowak of Angelton, Texas, and Jeremie Hedrick of Clintonville.
Winning the heat races were Trent Nolan of Shawano and Kyle Stedjee of Shiocton.
Wining the IMCA sport compact 12-lap feature race was Nathan Lisowe of Luxemburg, who started way back in 12th. He beat out Brad Wedde of Clintonville and Josh Fisken of Shawano.
Heat race winners were Shayne Collar of Marion and Wedde.
