• Mitchell T. Malone, 39, Gresham, pleaded no contest June 10 to three misdemeanor charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle. The charges were amended from felony counts in a plea agreement. Judge Katherine Sloma levied fines and sentenced him to 60 days in county jail. • Alex J. Cassidy, 36, Algoma, had his probation revoked April 25 from a 2021 conviction for possession of methamphetamine. Sloma sentenced him June 12 to one year in county jail. • Jose L. Fermin, 48, Bowler, pleaded no contest June 12 to felony bail jumping and driving or operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent. Sloma imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed him on three years of probation with conditions. • After a preliminary hearing, Sloma dismissed a felony bail jumping charge against Leonard J. Pecore, 32, of Neopit, ruling that the state failed to meet the burden of proof that a crime had occurred. • Kenneth W. Long, 26, Suring, was charged June 9 with four counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of carrying a concealed weapon and resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge William Kussel Jr. set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for July 9. • Macheonquet Peters, 20, Suring, was charged June 9 with four counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of carrying a concealed weapon and resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $3,000 cash bond, and Sloma scheduled a status conference for July 14. • Latasha J. Linders, 44, Shawano, was charged June 9 with a sex offender registration violation. Kussel set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 12. • Bernard G. Doud, 33, Neopit, was charged June 10 with battery or threat to a law officer, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 26. • Andres Garcia, 31, Shawano, was charged June 10 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $500 cash bond, ordered a competency evaluation and scheduled a review hearing for July 29. • Rodney G. Reed, 33, Green Bay, was charged June 10 with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense). Kussel set a $1,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 4. • Aleta M. Kinney, 35, Shawano, was charged June 11 with child abuse intentionally causing harm and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 25. • Autumn T. Grulkowski, 23, Suring, was charged June 13 with first-degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of narcotic drugs, and a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (first offense). Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 20. • Laura L. Kelley, 44, Green Bay, was charged June 13 with three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense) and operating while revoked. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 20. • Tyson A. Peters, 31, Shawano, was charged June 13 with possession of methamphetamine, 15 counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of child neglect and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 20.
