• David A. Dedolph, 51, Tigerton, pleaded no contest Jan. 7 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense), first-degree recklessly endangering safety, and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced him March 4 to 30 months in prison, followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions including a 36-month revocation of his driver’s license. • Susan A. Mahl, 33, Keshena, pleaded no contest March 5 to possession of narcotic drugs and felony bail jumping. Judge Katherine Sloma withheld sentencing and placed her on two years of probation with conditions. • John A. Coliadis, 25, Wausau, was charged March 3 with strangulation and suffocation, victim intimidation, false imprisonment, possession of THC (second and subsequent offense), five counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 15. • Glory A. Johnson, 37, Denmark, was charged March 3 with five counts of felony bail jumping and one count of misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 2. • Lee A. Holton, 61, Shawano, was charged March 3 with two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, disorderly conduct, and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 29. • Beverly A. Alexander, 41, Shawano, was charged March 3 with possession with intent to deliver THC, possession of cocaine (second or subsequent offense), and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for April 28. • James R. Clayton, 34, Bonduel, was charged March 3 with possession of methamphetamine, three counts of felony bail jumping, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 9. • John J. Greer, 45, Shawano, was charged March 3 with 10 counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 22. • Jessica J. Kubista, 50, Eau Claire, was charged March 3 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of THC, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for April 28. • Justin J. Miller, 32, Shawano, was charged March 4 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for May 5. • Teasa R. Wences Flores, 35, Shawano, was charged March 4 with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and six counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 18. • Shaila R. Waupoose, 27, Shawano, was charged March 4 with misappropriating ID information to obtain money and three counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 11. • Bryan S. Pomanicutt, 31, Gresham, was charged March 4 with strangulation and suffocation, six counts of felony bail jumping, four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 11. • Rachael L. Popelka, of Shawano, was charged March 7 with the manufacture and delivery of fentanyl. Sloma set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 11. • Dakota L. Tomow, 36, Shawano, was charged March 7 with battery or threat to a law officer, 13 counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 8. • William L. Sechrist, 27, Keshena, was charged March 7 with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $200 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for May 6.
