• Brady J. Peterka, pleaded no contest June 13 to fleeing an officer in his vehicle. On Sept. 16, Judge William Kussel Jr. imposed and stayed a prison sentence and placed him on three years of probation with fines and conditions.
• Florentino Medina, 35, pleaded no contest Sept. 18 to operating a vehicle without consent, attempting to disarm a peace officer, battery or threat to a law officer, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel sentenced him to 18 months in prison, followed by three years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Austin I. Manos, 21, Mukwonago, pleaded guilty Sept. 20 to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Gregory Huber withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions.
• Kurtis Lee Peters, 27, Keshena, was charged Sept. 16 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Katherine Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 5.
• Jamale A. Bonds, 50, Shawano, was charged Sept. 16 with felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 30.
• Lucille M. Miller, 27, Shawano, was charged Sept. 16 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $2,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 4.
• Anikin N. Kaquatosh, 21, Shawano, was charged Sept. 16 with six counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and possession of THC. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 26.
• Kristy A. Wilber, 46, Shawano, was charged Sept. 16 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 2.
• Shaila R. Waupoose, 27, Shawano, was charged Sept. 16 with possession of narcotic drugs, four counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 15.
• Myron A. Tourtillott, 43, Green Bay, was charged Sept. 16 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order.
• Zachary R. Runion, 30, Clintonville, was charged Sept. 17 with false imprisonment, two counts of strangulation and suffocation, two counts of aggravated battery intending bodily harm and two counts of victim intimidation. Sloma set bond at $100,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 27.
• Latasha M. Teller, 34, Shawano, was charged Sept. 17 with possession of methamphetamine, four counts of felony bail jumping, 12 counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating an ignition interlock device order. Sloma set bond at $1,500 cash and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 24.
• Trevor Smith, 23, listed as homeless, was charged with possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony and misdemeanor counts of carrying a concealed weapon and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set bond at $5,000 cash and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 26.
• Orman D. Waukau, 39, Shawano, was charged Sept. 18 with felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 19.
• David A. Larsen, 52, Shawano, was charged Sept. 17 with fleeing an officer in his vehicle, two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, two counts of battery to a law officer and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. On Sept. 19, Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Nov. 21.
• Elizabeth E. Cappel, 42, Wittenberg, was charged Sept. 20 with possession of narcotic drugs, eight counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Huber set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 30.
• Justice M. Boyd, 33, Shawano, was charged Sept. 20 with possession of methamphetamine, five misdemeanor counts of child neglect and a misdemeanor count of possession of an illegally obtained prescription. Huber set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 8.
• Stuart L. Long, 38, Shawano, was charged Sept. 20 with four counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Huber set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 27.
• Corey A. Tucker, 38, Shawano, was charged Sept. 20 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), 10 counts of felony bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of possession of illegally obtained prescriptions and two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Huber set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 30.
