Robert L. Price Jr.

Robert Louis Price Jr. (Big City Bob) was born May 20, 1953, in Chicago, Illinois. Bob was called to his heavenly home on March 24, 2022, in Cape Coral, Florida. He is survived by his sisters, Deb (Steve) Borroughs, of Shawano, Cynthia LiVigni, of Shawano, and brother, Ronald (Fabian) Price, of Chicago, Illinois. He is further survived by stepdaughter, Eve Bishop, and stepson, Danny Bishop, both of Green Bay; and his companion, Susan Foster, of Cape Coral, Florida. Bob is further survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Bob’s parents, Robert and Loretta Price, as well as his stepson, Nicholas Bishop, and niece, Carly LiVigni, preceded him in death. Bob graduated from Carl Sandburg High School, Orland Park, Illinois, in 1971 and attended Moraine Valley Community College where he earned an associate degree in Business. Bob was forever the performer, selling anything to anyone. So skilled, even the buyer would be ecstatic about their two left shoes. However, his skills were truly embodied when performing rock music in front of an audience. Bob’s music career was predominately confined to the Midwest area. Although, he did record in studios in California. Playing with many rock bands, most notably Rocken Horse, Bob once performed at Chicago Fest, on Navy Pier in the late 1970s. He performed with and had affiliations with some of the biggest names in the music industry. He began his sales career for Chrysler Corporation in Chicago and later was attracted to the Shawano area, where his family would vacation when he was younger. Bob moved to Shawano in 1990 and continued his sales career with a new, upcoming business, American Marine. Bob lived for the moment, although never unaware of the future. Big guy, big fun, big heart, Big City Bob. Eventually, Bob had an opportunity to move his skill set to a warmer climate (who can blame him) and took a lead sales position in Fort Myers, Florida, and later to Cape Coral, Florida. It was there that he found peace. A celebration of life and interment will be held at a later date.
