Lester E. Nitzske, 72, of Laona, passed away on Monday, Sept. 2, 2013. He was born on April 27, 1941, to the late Ervin and Madeline (Larsen) Nitzske.
His hobbies were coyote hunting, fishing and riding his Harley.
Lester is survived by his son, Stacy (Julie) Nitzske, of Mountain; two granddaughters, Jordyn and Riley; brother, Bruce (Patsy) Nitzske, of Black Creek; two sisters, Cheryl (Russell) Wilkinson, of Shiocton, and Kathy (William) Stedjee, of Bonduel; his sister-in-law, Barbara Nitzske, of Shiocton.
He was preceded in death by his son, Darwin Nitzske; his brother, Gary Nitzske; and his parents.
A gathering of family and friends was held Thursday, Sept. 5, at Gruetzmacher Funeral Home in Suring. A memorial service was held Thursday, Sept. 5, at Gruetzmacher Funeral Home, with Pastor Moira Finley officiating.
