JR Machine, a precision manufacturing firm based in Shawano, has been named the winner of the Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Award Small Category, awarded by Baker Tilly, Michael Best, and Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce.
“We are incredibly proud to be recognized by the awarding bodies,” said Tim Tumanic, founder and owner of JR Machine. “This award is a testament to our team’s hard work, innovation and dedication. We remain committed to advancing manufacturing technologies and delivering the highest quality products to our valued customers.”
This honor reflects the company’s commitment to innovation, quality and operational excellence. JR Machine was acquired by Schneider Resources Holding (SRH) in 2024. SRH’s investment has funded advanced equipment and an infusion of leadership, including appointing Paul Knoll as chief executive officer. The SRH partnership has enhanced JR Machine’s capabilities, fueling growth in its core operations and enabling expansion in high-growth sectors such as space and defense.
“From day one, we committed to investing in equipment and people to become the industry leader in machining precision parts,” said Paul Schneider, managing partner at SRH. “This award recognizes the value our collaboration with the founding management team has created for our customers.”
