Jacqueline A. Liesner

Jacqueline Ann Liesner, 84, of Bonduel, passed away Thursday, Sept.r 19, 2013, at a local nursing home. Born on September 29, 1928, in Marshfield, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Alice (Powell) Rizzi. On July 23, 1949, she was united in marriage to LeRoy Liesner in Spencer. Throughout her life, Jacqueline worked at various restaurants as well as at the Northern Shoe Company. She was a member of the Frieden’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Bonduel. She enjoyed gardening, making quilts, sewing and baking. Jacqueline is survived by her husband, LeRoy; four daughters, Barbara (Ed) Weber, Nancy Keith, Yvonne (Marty) King and Diane (Ron) Weaver, all of Bonduel; a son, Norman (Agnes) Liesner, of Bonduel; 10 grandchildren, Lisa (Marty) Boettcher, Justin (Tina) Dickson, Chantel (Wayne) Strzelecki, Julia Raeder, Tiffany Zylwicki, Victoria Russell, Lynn (Jeremy) Geiser, Amy Tank, Jeremy (Becky) Dickson and Alisha Weber; numerous great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Jacob and Raymond (Karen) Rizzi. Jacqueline was preceded in death by: her parents; a sister, Rose Marie (Kenneth) Heller; a sister in infancy, Mary Jane Rizzi; a brother, Sylvester (Arlene) Rizzi; and a sister-in-law, Louise Rizzi. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23, 2013, at the Frieden’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Bonduel with the Rev. Virgil Hanson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Swedberg-Wendt Funeral Home in Bonduel on Sunday from 4-7 p.m. and at the church on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. www.swedbergfuneralhome.com
