Dillon M. Grulkowski, 15, of Gresham, passed away on Monday, June 16, 2014. Born on Nov. 5, 1998 in Shawano, he was the son of Michael and Bonnie (Hoffman) Grulkowski Jr.
Dillon was a student at the Gresham High School. In his free time he enjoyed spending time with his friends, especially his best friend, Derek Bowman. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping and playing baseball. Dillon loved his dog, Misty, and his two cats, Gracie and Sophie.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Shawano.
Dillon is survived by his parents; his sister, Autumn; grandparents, William and Susan Hoffman, of Gresham, Michael Grulkowski Sr., of Three Lakes; great-grandmother, Jean Grulkowski, of Three Lakes; aunt and uncle, Amy (Paul) Minniecheske, of Tigerton; cousins, Matt, Mandi, Karli, Lonna, Monika; and numerous other family members from the Milwaukee area.
Dillon was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Erv Grulkowski; stepgrandmother, Nadia Grulkowski; and a cousin, Cassandra Minniecheske.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Gresham on Friday, June 20, 2014, from 4-7 p.m. Dillon’s family encourages his friends to bring pictures to add to the memory boards on Friday.
