• Derrick R. Johnsen, 25, Shawano, had his probation revoked in June for strangulation and suffocation, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor battery. On Dec. 7, Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced Johnsen to 30 months in prison followed by two years of extended supervision.
• Joshua A. Crowell, 38, a Mosinee resident serving time at Oshkosh Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest Dec. 5 to possession with intent to deliver amphetamine. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him to five years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision.
• John J. Waubanascum, 50, Bowler, pleaded no contest Dec. 7 to burglary to a building or dwelling, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of theft of movable property, criminal trespass, battery and bail jumping. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on four years of probation with conditions including 12 months in jail with Huber work-release privileges.
• Matthew A. Klein, 32, Shawano, had his probation revoked Oct. 26 on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession with intent to deliver THC. Sloma sentenced him Dec. 6 to 18 months in prison followed by a year of extended supervision.
• Lyle L. Krueger, 49, Marion, pleaded no contest Dec. 6 to failure to report to jail. Kussel sentenced him to nine months in jail.
• Johnny L. Kinney, 29, Shawano, had his probation revoked Sept. 28 on charges of escape from criminal arrest and felony bail jumping. On Dec. 4, Sloma sentenced him to 18 months in prison followed by two years of extended supervision.
• Michael L. Alloway, 26, Green Bay, pleaded guilty Dec. 5 to failure to report to jail and five counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma levied fines and sentenced him to 200 days in the county jail with Huber work-release privileges.
• Joseph A.P. Kaquatosh, 32, Neopit, pleaded no contest Dec. 6 to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense). Sloma levied a fine and sentenced him to 30 days in county jail.
• Sue Vang, 33, Phoenix, Maryland, pleaded no contest Dec. 6 to five counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked. Sloma levied fines and sentenced him to 180 days in the county jail.
• Lyle L. Krueger, 49, Marion, pleaded no contest Dec. 6 to fleeing an officer in his vehicle and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel levied fines and sentenced him to 12 months in the county jail.
• Trevor L. Thunder, 29, Keshena, pleaded no contest Dec. 5 to substantial battery, battery by a prisoner and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Kussel sentenced him to 18 months in prison followed by three years of extended supervision.
• Ronald E. Lee, 29, Shawano, pleaded no contest Dec. 6 to possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia to make methamphetamine and felony bail jumping. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on 10 years of probation with conditions.
• Scott A. Tainter, 42, Shawano, pleaded no contest Dec. 6 to battery or threat to a law officer and possession of methamphetamine. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on four years of probation with conditions.
• Tanner A. Friebel, 22, Lena, pleaded no contest Dec. 6 to felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked. Sloma levied fines and sentenced him to the 175 days of jail he has already served.
• Horst P. Ellwart III, 34, Bowler, was charged Dec. 4 with two counts of battery or threat to a law officer, three counts of felony bail jumping, six counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 12.
• Dakota J. Herning, 25, Clintonville, was charged Dec. 4 with felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Sloma set a $750 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 11.
• Nathan J. Morris, 38, Shawano, was charged Dec. 4 with two counts of felony bail jumping, six counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked. Sloma set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 14.
• Andrew R. Robinson, 22, Caroline, was charged Dec. 6 with felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 19.
• Deon L. Duke, 45, listed as homeless in court records, was charged Dec. 7 with throwing or discharging bodily fluid at a public safety worker or prosecutor, making terrorist threats, four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 13.
• Benjamin E. Faulkner, 39, Appleton, was charged Dec. 8 with false imprisonment and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 12.
