• Kyle A. Kylmanen, 41, Fort Atkinson, pleaded no contest May 12 to operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content and a misdemeanor charge of operating while revoked. Judge Katherine Sloma imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed Kylmanen on three years of probation with conditions. • Cassandra A. Braddock, 24, Keshena, pleaded no contest May 14 to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma levied fines and court costs and sentenced her to 180 days in the county jail. • Jacob M. Riopelle, 31, Shawano, pleaded no contest May 14 to disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on probation for one year with conditions. • Raymond J. LaRock, 38, Keshena, was charged May 12 with three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge William Kussel Jr. set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 15, when LaRock waived the time limit for such a hearing. Kussel then set a status conference for June 4. • Joshua K. Jacobs, 17, Wittenberg, was charged May 12 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor counts of endangering safety through the use of a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $10,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for July 15. • Rosella C. Kaquotash, 23, Bowler, was charged May 12 with possession of narcotic drugs, two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 19. • Kurt Martz, 54, Shawano, was charged May 12 with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and four counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 16, when Martz waived the time limits and Kussel set a status conference for June 17. • Payton M. Pagel, 24, Chilton, was charged May 14 with resisting an officer and causing substantial bodily harm or soft tissue injury, battery or threat to a law officer, and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 19. • Taylor D. Chevalier, 31, Clintonville, was charged May 15 with felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 29. • Vincent T. Newton, 33, Shawano, was charged May 15 with three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 23. • Leonard J. Pecore, 32, Gresham, was charged May 16 with five counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 13.
