BayCare Clinic presented its quarterly Best of BayCare award to Lori Harris, an ophthalmic assistant at the Oconto Falls location of BayCare Green Bay Eye Clinic.
The Best of BayCare award is a quarterly recognition given to BayCare Clinic physicians or employees who provide excellent customer service to a patient, family member or fellow staff member.
Harris was recognized for her work with a patient over several weeks. The patient required a specific eye drop schedule for several different eye drops and struggled to identify each drop and take it with the proper frequency. Harris developed a color-coded schedule for the patient to easily identify which drop to take at which time. The patient continues to have his eye drops color coded each time he receives a new supply.
Harris was commended for her commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
BayCare Green Bay Eye Clinic’s Oconto Falls location is 323 E. Highland Drive, Suite 8, and is one of nine locations throughout Northeast Wisconsin.
