Dolores M. Boyum (nee Wrobleski), 87, of Waterford, passed away peacefully with her family by her side at The Cottages Assisted Living in Shawano on Sept. 10, 2014.
Dolores was born in Greenbush, Minnesota, on Feb. 13, 1927. On March 17, 1950, she married Philip C. Boyum in Milwaukee. In her early life, Dolores worked at Globe Union and later at Sta-Rite for many years. Dolores loved her family very much, and she enjoyed gardening.
Dolores is survived by her two children, Christine (Danny) Ready, of Shawano, and Kenny (Marie) Boyum, of Waterford; three grandchildren, Tracy Young, Shawn (Denise) Ready and Kyle Ready; eight great-grandchildren, Jeanna, Kyle, Andy, Jace, Jersy, Marty, Taylor and Blake; one sister, Mildred (Russell) Boneck; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Philip; two sisters, Helen and Janet.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Mealy Funeral Home, 225 W. Main St., Waterford.
