Skeeter the Clown was in Wittenberg on Aug. 7 to entertain children, handing out coloring contest flyers and talking about the Culpepper & Merriweather Circus, which is coming Aug. 14 to Washington Park.
The circus is sponsored by the Wittenberg Area Chamber of Commerce.
