Ten Aspirus Health hospitals have been recognized as top performers in the Wisconsin Hospital Association’s (WHA) CheckPoint program.

These hospitals earned recognition for their efforts in patient safety, quality improvement and delivering high standards of care. This honor underscores Aspirus’ ongoing commitment to enhancing patient outcomes and improving health care services across the region.
The WHA CheckPoint program, established in 2004, is the first statewide, voluntary hospital quality reporting initiative in the United States.
The hospitals demonstrated excellence across key categories, including mortality-conditions and procedures, patient safety for all patients and patients with surgery, patient experience, readmissions and infection control.
