A third of American adults say they’re not getting the recommended number of sleep hours each night, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Generally, healthy adults need a minimum seven to nine hours per night up to age 65. Southern New Hampshire University Ceejay Parmentier, of Oconto, has been named to Southern New Hampshire University’s Fall 2021 President’s List. Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.7 and above are named to the president’s list.
