The town of Spruce is seeking input regarding a proposed ATV/UTV ordinance that would connect to the trail system in the towns of Bagley and Brazeau and allow access to the Kwik Stop gas station.
The ATV/UTV ordinance will be discussed by the Spruce Town Board at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20, at the town hall, 9097 County Road B, Oconto Falls. The ordinance is set to be approved on a trial basis.
The Town Board seeks input from residents living along Kelly Lake Access No. 1, from County G to the lake, St. Bernadette Road from the intersection with County G to the Brazeau town line, and Kelly Lake Road from St. Bernadette Road to the Brazeau town line.
