• Kimberly A. Olsen, 42, Grand Rapids, Minnesota, pleaded no contest April 27 to misdemeanor charges of resisting/failing to stop and disorderly conduct. One charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge Katherine Sloma withheld sentencing and placed her on 18 months of probation with conditions.
• Charles T. Fullilove, 48, Chicago, pleaded no contest April 27 to a sex registry violation. Sloma sentenced him to county jail time served.
• Zachary J. Peters, 41, Green Bay, pleaded no contest April 29 to a forfeiture charge of driving without a license. Three felony bail jumping counts were dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Sloma levied fines and court costs of $217.10.
• Aaron A. Allison, 31, Seymour, had his probation revoked Oct. 24 from a 2025 conviction for possession of narcotic drugs and felony bail jumping. Sloma sentenced him April 30 to one year in county jail, time deemed served.
• Nicole L. Bessert, 33, Shawano, pleaded guilty April 30 to felony bail jumping and two counts of possession of methamphetamine. Judge Gregory Jerabek imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed him on three years of probation with conditions.
• Megan E. Hackbarth, 38, Knapp, pleaded no contest Feb. 26 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth offense) and two counts of felony bail jumping. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced her May 1 to 18 months in prison followed by 36 months of extended supervision with conditions.
• Justin T. Okimosh, 33, Shawano, was charged April 27 with three counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for May 13.
• William J. Matchopatow, 56, Shawano, was charged April 27 with two counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 4.
• Samantha J. Jessel, 34, Shawano, was charged April 27 with substantial battery and first-degree recklessly endangering safety. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 4.
• Greg Robert Bohm, 51, no address listed, was charged April 27 with threatening to cause bodily harm to individuals involved with a court or legal system; threatening to cause bodily harm to health care providers, staff and family; and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 14.
• Trista M. Sawlsville, 27, Shawano, was charged April 28 with child abuse intentionally causing harm and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for June 22.
• Leslie N. Gauthier, 28, Bonduel, was charged April 30 with two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for May 6.
• Cecilianne E. Dodge, 20, Shawano, was charged May 1 with two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of battery. Sloma set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 13.
• Joseph E. Caldwell, 47, Shawano, was charged May 1 with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for May 19.
• Paul R. Frechette, 41, Keshena, was charged May 1 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 13.
• Deborah K. Harrison, 71, Shawano, was charged May 1 with maintaining a drug trafficking place. Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for July 13.
• Marquita R. House, 37, Keshena, was charged May 1 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 20.
• Latasha M. Teller, 35, Shawano, was charged May 1 with possession of narcotic drugs, two counts of felony bail jumping, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for May 6.
