• Lori L. Brooks, 41, Wabeno, pleaded no contest March 12 to misdemeanor charges of battery, disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. The battery count was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge Katherine Sloma withheld sentencing and placed her on two years of probation with conditions. • Sarah E. Summ, 57, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Dec. 16 to first-degree recklessly endangering safety, false imprisonment, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony and victim intimidation. Sloma sentenced her March 10 to eight years in prison, followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions, and gave her credit for 1,298 days already served. • Leonard Williams, 49, Appleton, pleaded no contest March 13 to possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge William Kussel Jr. levied fines and sentenced him to nine months in county jail. • Christopher T. Cornelius, 57, Oneida, pleaded no contest March 12 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Kussel levied fines, sentenced him to one year in county jail and revoked his license for 36 months. • Raphael J. Boivin, 38, Keshena, pleaded no contest March 12 to possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions. • Dylan J. Nutt, 36, Shiocton, was charged March 10 with manufacturing with intent to deliver amphetamine, manufacturing with intent to deliver heroin and possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 22. • Nicole M. Belongia, 30, Shawano, was charged March 10 with manufacturing with intent to deliver amphetamine and manufacturing with intent to deliver heroin. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond, and a status conference was scheduled for April 1. • Brandi K. Thelen, 27, Shawano, was charged March 10 with manufacturing with intent to deliver amphetamine, manufacture with intent to deliver heroin, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine, and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 28. • Shane J. Schreiber, 44, Shawano, was charged March 10 with manufacturing with intent to deliver amphetamine, manufacturing with intent to deliver heroin, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of cocaine (second and subsequent offense), possession of THC (second and subsequent offense), possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. Kussel set a $75,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 19. • Austin M. Hartmann, 30, Shawano, was charged March 10 with manufacturing with intent to deliver amphetamine and manufacturing with intent to deliver heroin. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 29. • Michael J. Munson, 41, Gresham, was charged March 10 with manufacturing with intent to deliver amphetamine and manufacturing with intent to deliver heroin. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond, and a status conference was scheduled for March 31. • William B. Matchopatow, 37, Janesville, was charged March 10 with manufacturing with intent to deliver amphetamine, manufacturing with intent to deliver heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia to produce methamphetamine, possession of cocaine (second and subsequent offense), possession of THC (second and subsequent offense), maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 29. • Michael S. Fehlhaber, 37, Shawano, was charged March 10 with second-degree sexual assault and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Stoetzel, 35, Bowler, was charged March 10 with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), seven counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and resisting or obstructing an officer. Aleman, 19, Shawano, was charged March 10 with three counts of felony bail jumping, four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and three misdemeanor charges of violating absolute sobriety. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for May 20. • Stacy A. Valley, 44, Shawano, was charged March 10 with possession of methamphetamine, three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 15. • Rachel L. Popelka, 30, Shawano, was charged March 11 with four counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for April 14. • Jeffery D. Stewart, 33, Shawano, was charged March 11 with first-degree child sexual assault of a person younger than 13, two counts of felony bail jumping and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 18. • Darryl D. Smith, 52, Shawano, was charged March 12 with possession of narcotic drugs, possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.
