Shawano-Menominee Circuit Court

• Alan D. Waukau, 37, Murray, Kentucky, pleaded guilty April 17 to two counts of strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery and criminal damage to property. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him to two years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision with conditions. • Alan D. Waukau, 37, Rice Lake, pleaded no contest April 14 to two counts of possession of methamphetamine, six counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of operating while revoked, disorderly conduct, and two counts of possession of THC. Judge Leon Stenz withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions. • Timothy J. Bjorklund, 59, Gresham, pleaded no contest Jan. 24 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and causing injury (second offense), and operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol content (second offense). Sloma imposed and stayed a prison sentence April 16, then placed him on three years of probation with conditions. • William R. Sanders, 31, Oshkosh, pleaded no contest April 14 to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense). Stenz levied fines and court costs totaling $2,181.75. • Orman D. Waukau, 39, Shawano, pleaded no contest April 14 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and four counts of felony bail jumping, Sloma levied fines and court costs and sentenced him to eight months in county jail. • Brandon T. Kiesling, 30, a Green Bay man serving time at Redgranite Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest April 15 to fleeing an officer in his vehicle, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, and a misdemeanor charge of bail jumping. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced him to 24 months in prison, followed by three years of extended supervision with conditions. • Ryan M. Vannewkirk, 26, Shawano, was charged April 14 with false imprisonment and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 2. • Shawnelee Dixon, 33, Keshena, was charged April 14 with three counts of felony bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and set a preliminary hearing for April 22. • Ian M. Geurts, 31, Hobart, was charged April 15 with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $100 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 30. • Tristen L. James, 22, Keshena, was charged April 15 with battery or threat to a law officer and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing an officer, and attempted criminal damage to property. Kussel set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 10. • Tomas A. Wilbrandt, 43, Milwaukee, was charged April 15 with victim intimidation, three misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property and misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond and a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 17. • Deonte T. Matchopatow, 19, Shawano, was charged April 14 with aggravated battery intending bodily harm, 10 counts of felony bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a cash bond of $5,000. Matchopatow was also charged April 16 with four more counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 23. • Xadriene N. Wayka, 19, Shawano, was charged April 16 with felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 30.
