• Omaha S. Tucker, an Appleton man serving time at the Redgranite Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest Jan. 15 to felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked, violating an ignition interlock device order and bail jumping. Judge William Kussel Jr. assessed $2,358 in fines and fees and sentenced him to 180 days in jail concurrent with his present sentence.
• Matthew C. Malone, 41, Bowler, pleaded no contest Jan. 22 to two counts of battery or threat to a law officer, six counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and attempted criminal damage to property. Judge Katherine Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions, including one year in the county jail.
• Alex J. Stodall-Wheeler, 35, pleaded no contest Jan. 21 to fleeing an officer in his vehicle, second-degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor charge of operating while revoked. Kussel sentenced him to three years in prison, followed by four years of extended supervision with conditions. He received credit for 670 days already served.
• Anthony S. Crump, 46, Green Bay, was charged Jan. 21 with first-degree reckless endangering safety and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (third offense), operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for March 13.
• Alexander J. Dekeyser, 24, Shawano, was charged Jan. 21 with possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor counts of dispensing a prescription drug without a prescription and possession of THC. Kussel set a $2,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for April 1.
• Brian L. Pamonicutt, 56, Cecil, was charged Jan. 21 with victim intimidation, 18 counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 23.
• Kimberly M. Boivin, 30, Keshena, was charged Jan. 21 with possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor counts of dispensing a prescription drug without a prescription and possession of THC. Kussel set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for April 8.
• Nicole M. Belongia, 30, Shawano, was charged Jan. 21 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Kussel set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for April 22.
• Charles C. Cox, 41, was charged Jan. 22 with two counts of forgery, two counts of uttering, theft in a business setting, theft of movable property and six misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 31.
• Shawnee E. Gauthier, 49, Keshena, was charged Jan. 22 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), 18 counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and possession of an illegally obtained prescription. Kussel set a $3,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 4.
• Steven J. Champion, 61, Cudahy, was charged Jan. 24 with felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 30.
• Tina M. Sandovall, 54, Shawano, was charged Jan. 24 with six counts of felony bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 30.
• Kendriana C. Shojgreen, 24, Shawano, was charged Jan. 24 with two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $3,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 30.
