• Jesse T. Parra, 51, Antigo, pleaded no contest Jan. 27 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and a misdemeanor charge of operating while revoked. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him to one year in county jail, levied fines and costs and revoked his driver’s license for 36 months.
• Melissa S. Beechner, 43, Shawano, pleaded no contest Dec. 9 to possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of narcotic drugs and eight counts of felony bail jumping. Judge William Kussel Jr. imposed and stayed a prison sentence Jan. 27, then placed her on three years of probation with conditions.
• Brandon J. Neumann, 31, Gillett, pleaded guilty Jan. 27 to possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), four counts of felony bail jumping, a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle with a restricted controlled substance (second offense) and three misdemeanor charges of operating while revoked. Judge Rick Cveykus withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions.
• Bradley G. Childers, 36, Tigerton, pleaded no contest Jan. 27 to two counts of possession of methamphetamine and four counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel sentenced him to 30 months in prison followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Hilary J. Waukau, 22, Kiel, pleaded no contest Jan. 29 to misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance, resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. The first charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Josiah D. Laatsch, 37, Tigerton, pleaded no contest Jan. 29 to child abuse recklessly causing great harm. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on four years of probation with conditions.
• Robynne E. Mattsen, 30, a Wausau woman serving time at Taycheedah Correctional Institution in Fond du Lac, pleaded guilty Nov. 5 to second-degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of narcotic drugs, and misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel sentenced her Jan. 31 to three years in prison, followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions, to be served concurrently with any existing sentence.
• Brandon Jamal Cail, 34, Green Bay, was charged Jan. 27 with felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 18.
• Deonte J. Matchopatow, 19, Shawano, was charged Jan. 27 with three counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 2.
• Riley S. Yaeger, 24, Clintonville, was charged Jan. 27 with five counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor count of causing injury while operating under the influence. Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for March 13.
• Aleicia M. Kinney, 35, Shawano, was charged Jan. 28 with three counts of felony bail jumping, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for March 11.
• Amber L. Burke, 34, Cecil, was charged Jan. 31 with possession of narcotic drugs and two counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 1.
• Lucille M. Miller, 27, Suring, was charged Jan. 31 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 3.
• Shane J. Schreiber, 44, Shawano, was charged Jan. 31 with: possession with intent to manufacture, distribute or deliver heroin (second or subsequent offense); possession with intent to manufacture, distribute or deliver amphetamine (second or subsequent offense); to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine (second or subsequent offense), possession of cocaine; possession of THC (second or subsequent offense); maintaining a drug trafficking place; possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony; and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $15,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for March 3.
