Sandra ‘Sandy’ Boswell

Sandra “Sandy” M. Boswell, 69, Green Bay, formerly of Oconto Falls, died Thursday afternoon, Nov. 7, 2013. She was born on April 5, 1944, in Green Bay to the late Leo and Frances (Paape) Kading. Sandy was a graduate of Green Bay West High School. In October 1983 she married David Boswell; he preceded her in death on Feb. 17, 2003. During her life, Sandy worked in the health care field and was employed at a group home in Oconto Falls and later at the Green Bay west Walmart for 10 years. Sandy lived a simple life and when her husband, Dave, was alive, they enjoyed fishing and hunting. She was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. Sandy loved her two cats, Max and Patches. She is survived by her children, Dave Fields, Oconto Falls; Scott Fields, Pulaski; and Tracey (Carol Schmidt) Fields, Green Bay; twin granddaughters, Alissa and Kaitlyn Fields; brother, Ron (Carolyn) Kading, Green Bay; sister, Terri (Ken) Largent, Pennsylvania; and other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Rick Kading. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at the Jones Funeral Service, Oconto Falls. A memorial service will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at the funeral home. Burial of the urn will be in the St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery, Oconto Falls. Sandy’s family would like to thank Aurora BayCare Hospital, especially Dr. John Kiser, and VNA Hospice, especially Sam, for all of their special care they gave her during her illness.
