Randall “Randy” Behnke, 54, Tigerton, died on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013, at his home. He was born on Dec. 9, 1958, in Shawano, the son of the late Edward and Phyllis (Schutt) Behnke. He married Julie Hoffman on Aug. 21, 1992, in Wausau. The couple then renewed their vows on Dec. 16, 2011. She survives.
Randy was employed at Aarrowcast Inc., Shawano, for several years. He was very talented at fixing things and loved to “putz.” Randy enjoyed fishing, word searches and watching baseball, football and game shows on television. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his father-in-law, mother-in-law, aunt Judy, and his dog Charlie.
Randy is survived by his wife, Julie; children, Shannon (Tammy) Behnke, Shane (Jenny) Behnke and Shawn Behnke, all of Shawano, Shadwell (Brittany) Behnke and Jeffrie (Liz) Behnke, all of Green Bay and Ryan (Danelle) Wudtke, Gillett; six grandchildren, Damien and Devin Wudtke, Audrina, Braden, Gracelyn and Makayla Behnke; siblings, Danny Behnke, Bonnie Behnke and Ricky (Jacky) Behnke all of Shawano, Judy (Matt Dobratz) Merton, Clintonville, Joanne (Clem) Jagodzinski, Pulcifer, Tommy Behnke, Green Bay, Larry Behnke, Bonduel, Sally (Joe) Behnke and Nancy (Dan Miller) Behnke, all of Shawano; mother and father-in-law, Quinten and Marie Hoffman, Tigerton; special aunt, Judy Smith, Tigerton; brother-in-law, Scott (Gina) Hoffmann, Marion; sisters-in-law, Michelle (Ron) Hoffman and Wendy Kobow, all of Texas; former wife, Tammy (Jeff) Stachowiak and special friend, Mary Sutter. Randy will be missed also by many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, at St. John Lutheran Church, Tigerton. Rev. Matthew Uttenreither will officiate. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
