Theft — Money was reported stolen from a soda machine at Stone Creations, 1275 Jaycee Court. Theft — A bike was reported stolen in the 300 block of West Swan Street. Disorderly — Police responded to a lewd and lascivious behavior complaint at Evergreen and Richmond streets.
