Dec. 17 Deputies logged 25 incidents, including the following: Accident - A vehicle lost control, hit a bridge on County Road BB in Gillett and landed in the ditch. Accident - Authorities investigated a two-vehicle accident on Old 41 and Goatsville in Lena. Child Abuse - Authorities investigated a child abuse complaint on Chicken Shack Road in Oconto. Intoxication - Authorities investigated a report of a man who was driving in reverse on County Road W and almost hit a woman on the road. When confronted by the woman, he threatened her, then went into the Shoreline Bar in Crivitz. Agency Assist - Authorities assisted Marinette County in a high-speed chase in Middle Inlet and Crivitz. Dec. 16 Deputies logged 30 incidents, including the following: Traffic Miscellaneous - Authorities investigated a vehicle with a loud exhaust system traveling on County Road CC and K in Oconto Falls. Threatening - Authorities investigated a report of a child who was threatened and harassed by a couple of brothers on a school bus on Sherrie Lane in Gillett. Accident - Authorities investigated a single vehicle roll-over on U.S. Highway 41 and state Highway 22 in Oconto. Accident - Authorities investigated a two-vehicle accident on North Brown County Line Road and Jaworski Road in Pulaski. Theft - Authorities investigated a report of an aluminum canoe taken by a stranger onto Pickeral Lake without the canoe owner’s permission. Dec. 15 Deputies logged 31 incidents, including the following: Disturbance - Authorities assisted with a 14-year-old who was out of control, assaulted the caller and was smashing holes in the walls on Hall Road in Oconto. Threatening - Authorities investigated a report of harassment and threatening remarks while individuals tried to pick up their children at The Golden Eagle Restaurant in Townsend. Juvenile Problem - Authorities assisted with a 12-year-old female who was out of control and refusing to go to school on Main Street in Lena. Trespassing - Authorities investigated a report of people trespassing on private property on Quiet Springs Lane to gain access to Big Gillett Lake in Mountain. Animal Bite - Authorities received a report from a Howard medical clinic of a person being bit by a dog on County Road S in Sobieski. Dec. 14 Deputies logged 24 incidents, including the following: Sex Offense - Authorities investigated a report of a female who said she was forced by a family friend to have sex with him on multiple occasions on Lee Lake Road in Pound. Accident - Authorities investigated a vehicle roll-over on Airport Road in Oconto. Miscellaneous - Authorities investigated a strong odor of natural gas on state Highway 22 between Cream City Road and County J in Oconto. Attempt to Locate - Authorities assisted Marinette County with an attempt to locate a subject who may be suicidal and intoxicate, traveling on U.S. Highway 41 entering Oconto County and headed toward Appleton. Suspicious - Authorities investigated a report of a strange vehicle parked on the side of Harry Road in Gillett. Dec. 13 Deputies logged 27 incidents, including the following: Intoxication - Authorities investigated a report of an intoxicated woman who vandalized a snow plow on Micoley Road in Lena. DNR Complaint - Authorities assisted with a diesel spill on Engebretson Lane in Cecil. Suspicious - Authorities assisted with male who was threatening people about a missing glove at the Abrams Shell on County EE in Abrams. Criminal Damage - Authorities investigated a report of someone tampering with a homeowner’s door to gain entry on Pleasant View Drive in Pulaski. Alarm - Authorities investigated an alarm set off in the utility room at the Gillett Shell on state Highway 32. Dec. 12 Deputies logged 32 incidents, including the following: Overdose - Authorities assisted with a 25-year-old on Barkman Street in Suring who overdosed on medications and was transported to Brown County for treatment and was causing problems at hospital. Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle that slid off the road and hit a tree on South Maple Avenue in Oconto Falls. Citizen Assist - Authorities investigated a report of medications stolen from a woman Sunday or Monday while the woman was visiting a friend in Pembine in Marinette County. Accident - Authorities investigated an apparent accident in which a mailbox was damaged on Jaworski Road in Pulaski. Traffic Miscellaneous - Authorities investigated a report of a semitruck driving recklessly on U.S. Highway 41 near the Brookside Shell in Oconto. There was a problem with his trailer, and inspectors from the area were asked to assist.
