• Lee Terrence Smith, 51, Oneida, pleaded no contest Feb. 19 to second-degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor charge of hit and run. Judge Jay Conley imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then place him on three years of probation with conditions.

• Kayla Lynn Harris, 30, Oconto, was charged May 26 with child abuse intentionally causing harm and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Court Commissioner Jacob Evans set a $7,500 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until June 18.

• Thomas John Ejnik, 64, Suring, was charged May 26 with substantial battery, strangulation and suffocation, and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Evans set a $5,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 18.

• Feleesha Jean Bruette, 36, Bowler, was charged May 26 with four counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Evans set a $5,000 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until June 18.

• Zachary L. Robenhorst, 23, Oconto, was charged May 26 with two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Evans set a $5,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until May 28, when Judge Kent Hoffmann scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 16.

• Ryan K. Bartlett, 43, Oconto, was charged May 29 with failure to comply with an officer attempting to take him into custody, threatening to cause bodily harm to certain individuals involved with a court or legal system, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Conley set a $5,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 18.
