• Andrew J. Lemirande, 44, Oconto, pleaded no contest April 29 to possession of methamphetamine. Judge Kent Hoffmann withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.

• Gary Michael Wilger, 66, Mountain, pleaded guilty May 1 to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Related felony charges were dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Judge Jay Conley imposed and stayed a county jail sentence and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.

• Timothy J. Pearson, 41, Oconto, was charged April 27 with burglary to a building or dwelling, theft, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), and misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property and possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley set a $3,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until May 28.

• Allen R. Fredrick, 61, Oconto, was charged April 27 with maintaining a drug trafficking place and misdemeanor counts of possession of an illegally obtained prescription, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley set a $250 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until May 28.

• James P. Linz, 44, Oconto, was charged April 27 with maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until May 28.

• James E. McDonald, 37, Oconto, was charged April 27 with maintaining a drug trafficking place and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until May 28.

• Jacob Andrew Bramstedt, 30, Kiel, was charged April 28 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of violating an ignition interlock device order and operating while revoked. Court Commissioner Jacob Evans set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until May 28.

• Nathan Alexander Alendal, 34, Gillett, was charged April 28 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor charges of intentionally pointing a firearm at a person and disorderly conduct. Evans set a $5,000 signature bond and adjourned his initial appearance until May 28.

• Xavier C. McGhee, 37, no address listed, was ordered held for 30 days April 29 pending extradition to Mississippi, where he is wanted on a fugitive warrant.

• Jeremy Lee Rushton, 38, Lena, waived extradition April 30 to Michigan.
