• John J. • Jonathan Scott Chandler, 24, Elkhorn, pleaded no contest March 11 to substantial battery intending bodily harm. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on 18 months of probation with conditions.
• Michelle Jean Jasmin, 50, Appleton, pleaded no contest March 11 to a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. Two counts of felony bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Judge Jay Conley sentenced her to 20 days in county jail.
• Morgan K. Scarpino, 33, Clarendon Hills, Illinois, pleaded guilty March 10 to driving or operating a vehicle without consent. Judge withheld sentencing and placed her on one year of probation with conditions.
• Jeremy W. Heise, 40, Suring, had his probation revoked Oct. 17 from a 2025 conviction for possession of methamphetamine and two counts of felony bail jumping. Judge sentenced him March 11 to four years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision with conditions.

• Samuel Aron Monheim, 18, Oconto, pleaded no contest March 13 to second-degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. Conley approved a deferred judgment agreement for the felony count and placed him on one year of probation with conditions for the misdemeanor.
• Zachary L. Robenhorst, 23, Oconto, was charged March 9 with strangulation and suffocation, victim intimidation, and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Conley set a $2,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until April 16.
• Connor William Christian, 22, New London, was charged March 9 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC, operating while revoked, and violating an ignition interlock device order. Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until April 16.
• Cameron Michael Krause, 26, Oconto, was charged March 9 with possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping. Judge set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until April 16.
