Presl, 35, an Oconto man serving a sentence at Columbia Correctional Institution in Portage, pleaded no contest May 29 to battery or threat to a law officer, throwing or discharging bodily fluid at a public safety worker, and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge Jay Conley sentenced him July 14 to two additional years in prison followed by three more years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Alyssa M. Vanstratten, 32, Gillett, pleaded no contest May 12 to misappropriating ID information to obtain money, three counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor charges of fraudulent use of a creit card, resisting or obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct. Conley sentenced her July 15 to three years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Robert V. Julius, 30, Suring, pleaded no contest July 16 to forfeiture counts of operating a motor vehicle without a license and failure to carry or display warning devices. Related criminal charges were dismissed or amended in a plea agreement. Conley levied fines and costs totaling $640.01.
• Justin Joseph Navin, 42, Oconto, was charged July 14 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Judge set a $1,200 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 14.
• Amanda Amber Monfort, 49, Oconto Falls, was charged July 14 with child abuse intentionally causing harm and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Judge set a $1,000 signature bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Aug. 14.
• Denesha R. Watson, 30, Green Bay, was charged July 14 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Judge set a $500 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Aug. 14.
• Roemance Larquell Toney, 32, Menasha, was charged July 15 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Judge set a $250 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 14.
• Melissa M. Wolf, 41, Oconto, was charged July 15 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge set a $750 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Aug. 14.
• Mandy J. Warrichaiet, 40, Oconto, was charged July 15 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge set a $250 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Aug. 14.
• Ryan M. Hatzenbeller, 38, Sobieski, was charged July 16 with hit-and-run involving injury. Judge set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 14.
• Gregory Keith Dugan, 33, Little Suamico, was charged July 18 with burglary to a building or dwelling and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Conley set a $5,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 14.
• Nicholas A. Burger, 38, Abrams, was charged July 18 with two counts of second-degree sexual assault, capturing an intimate representation, and misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and lewd and lascivious behavior. Judge set a $50,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 14.
• Ashley L. Luloff, 41, Abrams, was charged July 18 with possession of THC (second and subsequent offense), felony bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Conley set a $2,500 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Aug. 14.
• Reilly J. McFadden, 27, Oconto, was charged July 18 with burglary to a building or dwelling. Conley set a $5,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 14.
• Jake A. Johnson, 41, Wabeno, was charged July 18 with possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 14.
