• Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Wyatt R. Koebach, 29, Cecil, after he was charged with first-degree recklessly endangering safety, victim intimidation and misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 4. Judge Jay Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Dec. 12.

• Mark A. Gerow, 62, Kaukauna, was sentenced to one year in prison, followed by three years of extended supervision and probation with conditions, for possession of narcotic drugs, in connection with an incident that occurred Aug. 31, 2023; a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred July 15, 2023; and possession of methamphetamine and possession of narcotic drugs, in connection with an incident that occurred May 18.
• Douglas Arnold Brown, 63, Oconto, was placed on three years of probation with conditions after Judge Michael Judge imposed and stayed a prison sentence for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 5.
• Keilon Allon Snipes-Reed, 20, a White Lake man serving time at Green Bay Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest to armed robbery and first-degree reckless endangerment, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 4, 2021. A jury trial scheduled for Nov. 5-6 was called off. Judge scheduled sentencing for Jan. 14 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
• Crystal J. Hager, 35, Suring, pleaded no contest to two counts of manufacturing with intent to deliver amphetamine and two counts of felony bail jumping, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred Aug. 29 and Sept. 12 of 2023. Judge scheduled sentencing for Dec. 16 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
• Charges were dismissed against Ashley R. Degroot, 37, Madison, formerly of Gillett, so they could be consolidated into a Brown County case. The Oconto County allegations involve possession of narcotic drugs, possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 1.
• A Nov. 19-20 jury trial was postponed for Robert T. Albert II, 52, Stephenson, Michigan, on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, maintaining a drug trafficking place and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and possessing THC, drug paraphernalia, and illegally obtained prescription drugs, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 7, 2023. Judge scheduled a status conference for Jan. 16.
• Christopher W. Woodliff, 39, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked, resisting or obstructing an officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 25. Judge scheduled a plea hearing for Dec. 16.
• Alyssa M. Vanstraten, 32, Gillett, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to misappropriating ID information to obtain money, two counts felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of credit card theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, and theft of movable property, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 3. Vanstraten also faces two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 11, and charges of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 28. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for Dec. 12.
