Proceedings of Jan. 21 • After a preliminary hearing, Kurtis Lee Peters, 27, Keshena, was bound over on charges of armed robbery, first-degree recklessly endangering safety and false imprisonment, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 13. Judge Jay Conley scheduled arraignment for Feb. 13. • Sapphire M. Otradovec, 22, Suring, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of possession of methamphetamine, escape from criminal arrest, misdemeanor criminal trespass to a dwelling and two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 23. Conley scheduled arraignment for Feb. 13. Proceedings of Jan. 22 • Lisa E. Christoff, 66, Crivitz, was sentenced to 60 days in county jail on charges of felony bail jumping in connection with an incident that occurred Aug. 4. Conley also levied fines and fees of $1,201.25. • Jamar Rupert Daniels, 53, Calumet, Michigan, entered an Alford plea, meaning that he maintains his innocence but concedes the state has sufficient evidence to convict him of possession with intent to deliver 1 gram or less of cocaine (second or subsequent conviction), in connection with an incident that occurred June 21, 2024. Judge Michael T. Judge sentenced him to one year in county jail with Huber work-release and good time privileges. Daniels received credit for 210 days already served. • Landon Eli Linder, 31, Shawano, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of criminal damage to property and attempted theft, in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 4, 2023. A felony charge was dismissed but read into the record. Conley withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation. • Dontae Damario Combs-Bland, 36, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, manufacture with intent to deliver THC, possession with intent to deliver THC, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred Aug. 28 and Aug. 29. Judge scheduled arraignment for Feb. 13. • A Jan. 23-24 jury trial was canceled for Joshua L. Dickinson, 46, Portage, on a charge of repeated sexual assault of the same child. Judge scheduled a plea hearing for Feb. 24. Proceedings of Jan. 23 • Bond was set at $250 cash for Tiffany L. Champagne, 30, Oconto Falls, after she was charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and three misdemeanor counts of possession of an illegally obtained prescription, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 21. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until Feb. 13.
