Proceedings from Oct. 2 A preliminary hearing/status conference was held for Brian S. Greetan, 33, Oconto Falls, on one felony charge of child abuse recklessly causing harm, party to a crime, and five misdemeanor charges from May 27 and Sept. 14 in Oconto Falls. A $5,100 total cash bond continues. An arraignment/status conference is Oct. 9. Brandon L. Mcnamer, 20, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to charges of exposing a child to harmful material April 28 in the town of Oconto Falls. A $750 cash bond continues. Sentencing is Nov. 24. Raul M. Saldana, 36, Texas, now Oconto Falls, was sentenced to one year, six months incarceration and two years extended supervision for a felony charge of possession of THC April 22 in Abrams. The court dismissed felony charges of possession of THC, second and subsequent offense, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine and one misdemeanor charge. Sean P. Ahnen, 21, Little Suamico, was sentenced for felony bail jumping Oct. 13, 2013, in Little Suamico to 18 months incarceration and 18 months extended supervision, imposed and stayed, three years probation and 90 days in jail consecutive with a Brown County sentence. Three misdemeanor charges were read in and dismissed. He must complete all assessments and programs, maintain absolute sobriety and not drive without a valid driver’s license. The court denied a request for an expunction. Proceedings from Oct. 1 A status conference was held for Shawn L. Paholke, 34, Suring, on 12 felony counts: second degree reckless injury, two counts of false imprisonment, two counts of causing mental harm to a child, child abuse-recklessly cause harm, four counts of neglecting a child, first degree reckless injury, first degree recklessly endangering safety, from July 2012 to May 2013 in Breed. A cash bond of $175,000 continues. A status conference is Nov. 4. A status conference was held for Jennifer L. Fendryk, 31, Suring, on 11 counts: three counts neglecting a child, three counts false imprisonment, child abuse-fail/prevent great harm, two counts causing mental harm to child, first degree reckless injury, first degree recklessly endangering safety, from July 2012 to May 2013 in Breed. A $175,000 cash bond continues. A status conference is Nov. 14. Proceedings from Sept. 30. Jason R. Hensel, 31, Suring, pleaded no contest to a felony charge of possession of THC, second offense, April 2 in Little Suamico. The court dismissed a misdemeanor charge. A $1,200 cash bond continues. A sentence hearing is Nov. 24. A sentence hearing was held for Mary A. Baldwin, 49, Rothschild, on felony charges of misstating facts for food stamps on April 1, 2012, in Oconto. She received a withheld sentence of four years and was enrolled in the Oconto County VIP program. A felony charge of medical assistance fraud/benefit application was dismissed. She must pay restitution of $13,822.21. An arraignment was held for Paul J. Frewerd, 42, Oconto, on two felony charges of theft of a business—setting special facts on Dec. 2, 2013, and May 31, 2014, in Oconto. A $2,500 signature bond continues. A pretrial conference is Nov. 10. An initial appearance was held for Mark C. Burran, 38, Lakewood, on two counts of child abuse intent to cause harm Sept. 30 in Suring. The court set a $1,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is Oct. 9. An initial appearance was held for Katherine A. Sponenburg, 31,Pulaski, on two misdemeanor charges and two felony charges of aggravated battery with the use of a dangerous weapon and substantial battery with the use of a dangerous weapon Sept. 7 in Lena. The court set a $1,000 cash bond. A preliminary hearing is Oct. 8. A status conference/plea hearing was held for Daniel L. Zimdars, 46, Pulaski, on 10 felony charges of possession of child pornography Aug. 6 in Chase. He pleaded no contest to three of the charges. A $25,000 cash bond continues. Sentencing is Nov. 14. Proceedings from Sept. 29 An initial appearance was held for Dana G. Galske, 45, Oconto Falls, on a felony charge of OWI (fifth or sixth offense with passenger under 16 years old) and two misdemeanor charges Sept. 26 in Oconto Falls. The court set a $15,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is Oct. 9. An initial appearance was held for Steve C. Benjamin, 47, Pulaski, on six misdemeanor charges and a felony charge of strangulation and suffocation Sept. 27 and 28 in Chase. The court set a $1,500 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is Oct. 9.
