An initial appearance was held for Kendall L. Vanwychen, 32, Crivitz, on felony charges of possession of a firearm, bail jumping and four misdemeanor charges May 27, 2013, in Riverview. A $2,500 cash bond was forfeited. The court set a new bond of $15,000. A continued initial appearance was scheduled Oct. 21.
A waiver preliminary hearing was held for David L. McDonald, 51, Oconto, on felony charges of child abuse intentionally cause harm, party to a crime, child abuse high probability/great harm, party to a crime, second degree recklessly endangering safety, party to a crime, and five misdemeanor charges Sept. 20 in Oconto. The court amended his $15,000 cash bond to $1,500, plus $150 on another file. An arraignment is Nov. 13.
Gary G. Rosek, 59, Suamico, was sentenced to one year, six months incarceration and two years extended supervision for operating with PAC (fifth or sixth offense) and OWI (fifth or sixth offense) July 28 in Little Suamico and bail jumping July 28 in Oconto.

Kyle L. Davis, 17, Mountain, pleaded not guilty to felony charges of burglary of a building or dwelling as a party to a crime (five counts) and 10 misdemeanor charges between Jan. 27 and Feb. 16 in Riverview. The court set a $5,000 signature bond, along with a $15,000 cash bond that continues. A plea hearing is Nov. 17.

Sentencing was withheld for Anthony J. Bozek, 37, Gillett, and one year probation ordered on two misdemeanor charges. A felony charge of physical abuse of a child-intentionally cause bodily harm April 21 in the town of Gillett was dismissed. He must complete any assessments ordered by the Department of Corrections and continue to work on parenting issues.
Jeffrey D. Williquette, 17, Little Suamico, pleaded no contest to three of 10 charges of possession of child pornography by person under 18 on July 1 in Little Suamico. On count one, he was sentenced to one year incarceration and one year extended supervision, consecutive to count two’s sentence of one year incarceration and one year extended supervision. On count three, he was sentenced to nine months in jail with Huber privileges. He must serve 50 hours of community service for each year of probation, obtain a high school diploma, have no contact with anyone under 18, not use electrical devices to access the Internet without Department of Corrections approval, not enter places kids gather without court approval, complete any programs, assessments and treatments deemed appropriate by the Department of Corrections, and register as a sex offender, enrolling and completing all sex offender treatment.
A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Joshua J. Barke, 37, Oconto, on a felony charge of strangulation and suffocation domestic abuse, and two misdemeanor charges Sept. 12 in Oconto. A $5,000 cash bail continues. An arraignment is Oct. 28.
Morning Star J. Skenandore, 32, Milwaukee, was sentenced to one year, six months incarceration and two years extended supervision on felony charges of possession of cocaine, second subsequent offense repeater, possession of THC, second subsequent offense repeater, possession of narcotic drugs, second subsequent offense repeater, on May 8 in the town of Gillett. She must obtain a GED, complete AODA and behavior program, and maintain absolute sobriety.
Joseph P. Anderson, 24, Oconto Falls, was sentenced to three years incarceration at the Dodge Correctional Institute (credited 141 days) and three years extended supervision for possession with intent to deliver amphetamine, consecutive to a sentence of three years incarceration and three years extended supervision on one charge of manufacture/deliver amphetamine. The offenses occurred between March 1 and May 28 in Oconto Falls. Other charges were dismissed. He must obtain a GED or high school diploma, not possess firearms, maintain absolute sobriety, have no contact with others involved, and complete all treatments and programs deemed appropriate by the Department of Corrections.
Abigail R. Santee, 25, Lena, was sentenced to three years incarceration at Taycheedah and three years extended supervision for possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine March 1 to June 25 in Stiles. On a charge of possess methamphetamine and precursors, a sentence of six months incarceration and two years extended supervision, consecutive to the first sentence, was imposed and stayed. All other charges were dismissed. She is to obtain full-time employment and a stable residence, have no contact with others involved, complete AODA, cognitive behavioral programs and other programs deemed appropriate by Department of Corrections, and maintain absolute sobriety.
Steven N. Lewis Jr., 25, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to a felony charge of burglary of a building or dwelling place on March 7 in the town of Oconto Falls. Sentencing is Dec. 5.
Robert P. Dulka, 30, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to OWI (fourth offense within five years) on April 7 in Little River. On two felony charges of second degree reckless endangering safety, a deferred prosecution agreement was reached with a four-year suspension. Sentencing is Nov. 24.
Ashley L. Van Norman, 22, Oconto Falls, was sentenced to three years incarceration at Taycheedah and five years extended supervision on charges of manufacture amphetamine between March 1 and May 28 in Oconto Falls, to run concurrent to a sentence of three years incarceration and five years extended supervision for second degree recklessly endangering safety. She must obtain full-time employment and a stable residence, have no contact with others involved, complete AODA and cognitive behavioral programs, plus 50 hours of community service. Seven other charges were dismissed by the court.

Lindy L. Walker, 27, Marinette, pleaded guilty to a felony charge of possession of narcotic drugs May 15 in Lena. Three misdemeanor drug charges were read in. Sentencing is Dec. 2.
A status conference was held for Donald L. Tappa, 39, Oconto, on charges of arson of a building, two counts burglary and one count theft on Dec. 24 and 25, 2013, in Oconto. A $100,000 cash bond continues. A motion hearing is Jan. 14.

Krachtt, 31 Gillett, pleaded not guilty to two felony charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of THC second-plus offense and one misdemeanor charge Aug. 5 in the town of Gillett.
