Yokeum, 35, Mountain, was sentenced to one year, three months incarceration and two years extended supervision on a Sept. 21, 2013, felony charge of substantial battery-intending bodily harm in Mountain. He must maintain full-time employment, progress toward achieving a GED, have no contact with the victim and maintain absolute sobriety. A preliminary hearing was held for Katherine A. Sponenburg, 31, Pulaski, on two misdemeanor charges and two felony charges of aggravated battery with the use of a dangerous weapon and substantial battery with the use of a dangerous weapon from Sept. 7 in Lena. A $1,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Dec. 11. Lazaro A. Sanchez-Orama, 28, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to two felony counts of first degree child sexual assault-sexual contact with a person under 13 and three misdemeanor charges from April 20 and June 10 in Oconto. A $100,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Nov. 13. Proceedings from Oct. 7 Lawrence L. Moss, 38, Pound, pleaded not guilty to a June 16 felony charge of manufacture and deliver THC and two misdemeanor charges in Brazeau. A $2,000 signature bond continues. Grzybowski, 21, Lena, pleaded no contest to second degree sexual assault of a child under 16, causing a child to view/listen to sexual activity and one misdemeanor charge from May 17 in the town of Oconto. The court revoked the $15,000 cash bond. Sentencing is Dec. 22. Jeanette M. Wakefield, 45, Oconto pleaded not guilty to five felony counts of forgery from April 17 in Oconto. The court set a $5,000 signature bond. A pretrial conference is Dec. 11. Kendall L. Vanwychen, 32, Crivitz, pleaded not guilty to intentionally pointing a firearm at a person from May 27, 2013, in Riverview. He also faces charges of felon possession of a firearm, bail jumping and five misdemeanor charges. A $15,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Nov. 13. Tank, 49, Gillett, on felony charges of first degree sexual assault-use dangerous weapon, second degree sexual assault-use of force (three counts), false imprisonment, intimidate victim/threaten force, substantial battery-intend bodily harm, aggravated battery, strangulation and suffocation (two counts) from Oct. 19 and 27 in Gillett. The court set a $500,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is Nov. 13. Proceedings from Oct. 28 Philip J. Giese, 19, Oconto, pleaded no contest to felony charges of burglary of a building or dwelling, as a party to a crime (19 counts), theft of movable property-special facts, as a party to a crime (seven counts) and 30 misdemeanor charges from between Jan. 1 and March 9 in Riverview and Mountain. He has eight additional counts from Marinette County, which were consolidated with those in Oconto County. Sentencing is Dec. 22. Emilio G. Garcia, 24, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to felony charges of burglary to a building or dwelling as a party to a crime, theft of movable property and one misdemeanor charge from Aug. 20 in Oconto. Sentencing is Dec. 9. Shawn P. McKenna, 47, Townsend, pleaded no contest to two of six counts of failure to support child (120 days plus) from Oct. 15, 2011, to March 16, 2014, in Townsend. Other charges were read in. Sentencing is Dec. 2. A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Timothy D. Buchert, 35, Gillett, on one felony charge of burglary of a building or dwelling and a misdemeanor charge from Sept. 18 and 23 in Maple Valley. A $10,000 cash bond was reduced to $5,000 cash bond.
