Gage M. Giese, 20, Gillett, pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of a sex registry violation from April 24 and Oct. 24 in Oconto. A $2,500 cash bond continues. The court is allowing him to return to Colorado but he must be in compliance with Colorado and Wisconsin sex registry requirements. A pretrial conference is Feb. 26.
A preliminary hearing was held for Adam J. Albert, 34, Oconto, on a felony charge of second degree sexual assault/sex organ injury and three misdemeanors from Nov. 22 in Oconto. A $5,000 cash bond continues. An arraignment is Jan. 9.
A pretrial conference was held for Timothy D. Buchert, 35, Gillett, on one felony charge of burglary of a building or dwelling and a misdemeanor charge from Sept. 18 and 23 in Maple Valley. A $5,000 cash bond continues. Parties did not reach an agreement, so a plea hearing is rescheduled for Feb. 26.
A pretrial conference was held for Michael A. Briley, 21, Oconto Falls, on a felony charge of false imprisonment and two misdemeanor charges from Sept. 8 in Oconto Falls. A $1,000 cash bond continues. An anticipated plea and sentencing hearing is Feb. 9.
A preliminary hearing was held for Chad A. Renier, 32, Pound, on felony charges of sexual assaulting a child under 16, using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, child enticement and exposing genitals from Nov. 22 in Brazeau. A $50,000 cash bond continues,. An arraignment is Jan. 15.

An initial appearance was held for Savannah R. Martin, 16, Wabeno, on felony charges of operator fleeing and eluding officer-great harm and knowingly operating while suspended (cause great bodily harm) from Nov. 29 and 30 in Townsend. The court set a $1,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is Jan. 16.

An initial appearance was held for Billie J. Fuller-Graham, 25, Suring, on felony charges of throwing or discharging bodily fluid at public safety worker, battery to law enforcement officers, firefighters or commission wardens and three misdemeanor charges from Dec. 23 in Oconto and How. The court set a $2,500 cash bond. A continued initial appearance was Jan. 5.
Proceedings from Dec. 22
Robert T. Woosencraft, 49, Oconto, pleaded no contest to a felony OWI (seventh, eighth or ninth offense with a passenger under 16 years old) and a misdemeanor charge, which occurred July 20 in Little River. A $20,000 cash bond was amended to $365.25 with conditions of absolute sobriety and no driving any motor vehicle. A date for sentencing had not been scheduled.
Lindy L. Walker, 27, Marinette, received a 3 1/2 year sentence on a felony charge of possession of narcotic drugs from May 15 in Lena. A sentence of 18 months incarceration was imposed and stayed, with two years of extended supervision and three years of probation, with conditions not to exceed one year of jail (can be served in Oconto, Brown or Marinette County). She is to be granted a furlough for childbirth. She also must be accepted and enter into a Marinette County drug program. She must complete any other programs assigned, in addition to maintaining absolute sobriety, and obtain and maintain full-time employment. Three misdemeanor charges were read in; all other charges were dismissed.
Justin A. Grzybowski, 21, Lena, was sentenced to 18 months incarceration and 24 months extended supervision on charges of second-degree sexual assault of a child under 16. On charges of causing a child to view/listen to sexual activity, he was sentenced to 18 months incarceration and 24 months extended supervision, to run concurrent to count 1. On a misdemeanor charge of fourth degree sexual assault, he was sentenced to six months jail, consecutive to counts 1 and 2. He received credit for 216 days incarceration. The offenses occurred May 17 in the town of Oconto. He must pay court costs, DNA fees and district attorney fees totaling $2,486.80, due during extended supervision. He is to have no contact with the victim or the residence of the victim’s family, must successfully complete alcohol and other drug abuse treatment and sex offender treatment, and follow-up and register as a sex offender.
A preliminary hearing was held for Randy M. Phillips, 52, Crivitz, on a felony charge of OWI (third offense with a passenger under 16), which allegedly occurred Aug. 16 in Abrams. A $2,500 cash bond continues. An arraignment is Jan. 7.
Roy A. Oldenburg, 19, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to two felony counts of exposing a child to harmful material, which allegedly occurred June 15 and July 11, possession with intent to deliver THC and maintain drug trafficking place, allegedly occurring July 16, and four misdemeanor charges, all in Oconto Falls. Sentencing is Feb. 13.
