George A. Rathsack Jr., age 86, of Kelly Lake, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022, after a short illness, with his wife by his side. George was born April 1, 1936, to the late George Rathsack Sr.

In loving memory and celebration of life for Judith Margaret (Rosenberg) Steffens. Born October 6, 1939, Judy left us peacefully at home with family by her side on Dec. 20, 2022, at the age of 83. Judy loved to garden, enjoyed watching her birds and other wildlife. Her favorite time of the year was the fall season. She would take the kids on a road trip to see all the beautiful fall colors.

Phyllis M. Laska, 87, of Suring, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 18, 2022, with family by her side. Phyllis was born April 30, 1935, to the late Gordon and Barbara (Buchberger) Langhoff. On Oct. 27, 1956, Phyllis married Norbert Laska. Phyllis was a dutiful housewife and mother. She could make good wine and loved crafting. Phyllis was a comedian, known for making her family laugh with her many stories.

Jeffrey “The Legend” Bosanac, 68, of Crooked Lake, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 15, 2022. Jeff was born on May 24, 1954, to the late Milan Jr. and June (Masch) Bosanac in Milwaukee. He worked at Pawling and Harnischfeger in Milwaukee as a machine operator. Jeff then owned a bar, Jeff’s Black Duck, in Muskego near Big Muskego Lake for around 15 years.

Curtis J. Low, 73, of Birnamwood, died on Dec. 18, 2022, in the comfort of his home under the care of Aspirus LeRoyer Hospice. Curt was born on May 17, 1949, in Tigerton, the son of Jesse and Adeline Low. On Oct. 12, 1968, Curt married the love of his life Evelyn Matz at St. Matthews Church in Bowler. Curt graduated from Wittenberg High School and started logging until he went to work for Wick Building Systems for 16 years.

Edward G. Bak, 69, of the Town of Grant, passed away Monday, Dec. 12, 2022, at his home. Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home and Crematory, Clintonville.
