Fay J. Kizewski, 82, of Galloway, died on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at the home of her daughter under the care of her family and Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services. Fay was born on Dec. 6, 1939, in Milwaukee, to George and Edna (Hautala) Suttley. At the age of 8, Fay’s mother passed away, and she was then adopted and raised by her sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Alphonse Blanchett. On Sept.

Elizabeth J. “Bette” Olson, 95, of Oconto Falls, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Bette was born July 15, 1926, in Suring, where she grew up and attended school. She was a beauty apprentice in Suring at the Zuehlke Zill Beauty Shop her senior year of high school in 1944. She earned her cosmetology license and worked there until her marriage to Robert “Bob” Olson on May 20, 1950.

Joan Johnson, 84, of Wittenberg, died on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at her home, under the care of her family and Heartland Hospice. Joan was born on Aug. 1, 1937, in Chicago. The daughter of Peter and Winifred (Herrick) Fanella. On March 7, 1964, Joan was united in marriage to Frederick Johnson in Waukegan, Illinois. Joan was an extremely talented artist and loved oil painting. She loved sharing her talents with family and friends.

M. Eugene “Gene” Zeuske, age 97, of Shawano, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at his home on the Wolf River Channel. Gene was born on June 21, 1924, at the home farm on the shores of the Wolf River, Town of Mattson (Waupaca County), a son of the late Max Paul and Ethel (Hanson) Zeuske. He received his love of hard work and the outdoors from his parents.
