The board of directors for Oconto Electric Cooperative (OEC) has announced the appointment of Ryan Miller as its new chief executive officer. Miller will assume his role April 10, following the retirement of Byron Nolde. “We are delighted to welcome Miller as the next CEO of OEC,” said Todd Duame, board chairman.

Oconto Falls High School students now have an opportunity to take college-level health care courses to earn high school and college credit while attending high school. The school board approved a partnership with the Bellin College Healthcare Academy during its regular monthly meeting March 18. Starting this fall, OFHS students will be able to take college-level courses through Bellin.
