Terry F. Schultz, 72, of Shawano, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015, at his home.
Terry was born to the late Frank and Agnes (Behling) Schultz on March 26, 1942. On April 11, 1964, Terry married Beverly Hangartner. He lived his entire life in Shawano and worked for Owen Door until his retirement. Terry was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, loved cats, gardening, woodworking and bird watching, but especially loved being with his grandchildren.
Terry is survived by his wife of 50 years, Beverly; their son, Paul T. (Shannon) Schultz, of Green Bay; three grandchildren, Gabriella, Thomas, and Asher; sisters-in-law and a special brother-in-law, Gene Hangartner; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Leah, his parents and one brother, Arvin.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015, at St. James Lutheran Church in Shawano with the Rev. Ted Andrada officiating. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday, Feb. 23, 2015, at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano from 4-7 p.m. and again on Tuesday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
