Rose Ann Bowan, 68, of Shawano, died on June 4, 2015, in Shawano.
Rose was born in Shawano on Dec. 24, 1946, to the late Earl and Lillie (Seehafer) Bowan. She worked at several companies in the sewing industry, including Hanson Glove in Clintonville, Eagle Knit in Shawano and Wisconsew in Shawano. Most recently, Rose worked at Wal-Mart in Shawano. In her free time, Rose loved to read.
Rose is survived by her brother, Michael Bowan, of Shawano; sister-in-law, Dorothy Bowan, of Shawano; and two nephews, Jeff (Marlene) Bowan, of Embarrass, and Tom Bowan, of Shawano.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Allan Bowan, and a niece, Jolene Bowan.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, June 8, 2015, at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with Lois Graper officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 4 p.m. until the time of the service.
