Clarence A. Perez Sr.

Clarence A. “Stinky” Perez Sr., 71, of Keshena, entered into the Spirit World on Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2015, at the home of his daughter, Mary, in Two Rivers. Uncle Stinky was born on Nov. 20, 1943, in Keshena, a son of the late Camilo and Mary (Kinepoway) Perez. He attended St. Joseph School in Keshena. Following school, he worked in the woods. In 1968 he was united in marriage to the former Mary K. Dimmick. He attended St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Keshena. Uncle Stinky loved to hunt, fish and go for rides in the woods. Afterward, he would have his shot of Cuervo and can of Bud Lite. Uncle Stinky was his own special person. You had to know him to love him. He loved to give everybody hell and play pranks on them. Survivors include his daughter, Mary (Martiniano) Benitez, and twin sons, Clarence Perez and Charles Perez, all of Two Rivers; seven grandchildren, Jaime, Maria, Juan, Miquela, Jose, Jesus and Mateo Benitez; six great-grandchildren, Illiana, Isabella, David, Julio, Imani and Martiniano Jr.; three brothers, Louis Perez and Robert (Anita) Perez, of Keshena, and Renford “Renny” Perez, of Arizona; his sister-in-law, Yvonne “Sweet Pea” Perez; special nieces, Emily (Nathan) Miller, Flora Moreno, Renata (Alex) Maulson, Mary Perez, Hannah Maulson, Luana Perez and Rosa Maulson; special nephews, Son Maulson, Christopher Maulson, Ben Perez Sr. and Anthony Perez; and numerous nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Uncle Stinky was preceded in death by his wife, Mary; two brothers, Benjamin “Buddy” Perez and Donald Kinepoway; three sisters, Ramona Fish, Gaynelle Maho and Betty Bailey; and his special mother, Carlotta Jesus-Perez. Visitation and a time for sharing memories of Uncle Stinky will be held on Friday, Nov. 13, 2015, after 5 p.m. at the Alex and Renata Maulson residence, W3205 Mike Keshena Field Road, West Branch, until 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015. The family requests that relatives and friends request their wishes and end the visitation at 1 p.m. Saturday so the immediate family can send him off on his journey.
