Proceedings from Sept. 5 An arraignment is Oct. 10 for Gary G. Rosek, 58, Suamico, who is charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with blood alcohol content greater than the legal limit, each fifth or sixth offense. He was arrested July 28 in the town of Little Suamico. His $2,500 cash bond continues. Christopher L. Elliott, 19, Oconto, pleaded no contest to theft and identity theft for financial gain, which occurred Nov. 2, 2012, in Oconto. The court withheld the finding of guilt and suspended proceedings for a year. He was sentenced to six months in jail for the identity theft charge, which was imposed and stayed, and he was placed in the Volunteers In Probation program a year with the conditions he spend 30 days in jail with work release privileges, pay $1,102.30 restitution and $253 court costs. He must also seek full-time employment. Theodore L. Streit, 54, Suring, pleaded no contest to battery of a peace officer, resisting an officer and disorderly conduct, which took place Nov. 21, 2012, in the town of Maple Valley. The court withheld the finding of guilty on the battery charge and withheld sentencing on the other two charges. He was placed in the Oconto County Volunteers In Probation program 18 months and ordered to spend 90 days in jail and pay $243 court costs. He must maintain absolute sobriety and receive any counseling recommended by the VIP counselors. An arraignment is Oct. 10 for William A. Winkler, 35, Oconto Falls. He was arrested April 22 to April 23, 2012, in the town of Brazeau for being party to theft of movable property. His $5,000 signature bond continues. An arraignment has been scheduled for Oct. 10 for Scott J. Fuelle, 26, Pound, who is accused of hit and run causing injury, which allegedly took place April 25 in the town of Lena. His $2,500 signature bond continues. Proceedings from Sept. 4 A preliminary hearing is Sept. 13 for Brett J. Woodke, 25, Suring. He is charged with two counts of first degree recklessly endangering the safety of another, pointing a firearm at another, disorderly conduct and bail jumping. He was arrested Aug. 25 in the town of Breed. His $100,000 cash bond continues,. An arraignment is set for Sept. 11 for Jeremy L. Dey, 36, Oconto Falls. He is accused of burglary to a building between April 1 and Oct. 31, 2012, in Oconto Falls, burglary of a building between Dec. 1, 2012, and Feb. 28, 2013, in Oconto Falls, of theft on July 10, 2013, and five counts of being party to theft of movable items, also on July 10, 2013, in Oconto Falls. He also faces charges of being party to a burglary between July 15 and July 24, 2013, in Oconto Falls, two counts of being party to theft between May 1 and Aug 4, and possession of burglarious tools between July 15 and 24, all in Oconto Falls. His $5,000 cash bond continues,. John F. Benser, 49, Pound, was sentenced to eight years in prison, four years of confinement and four years of extended supervision, for driving while intoxicated, eighth offense. He was arrested March 11, 2013, in the town of Brazeau. The sentences are to run consecutive to a present sentence he is serving. Conditions of the extended supervision are that he receive a psychiatric evaluation and follow-through. He is to have no alcohol, his driver’s license is suspended four years, and he is to have 36 months of ignition interlock. No fine or court costs were assessed for this sentencing, as $3,262 remains due from his previous sentencing. Proceedings from Sept. 3 An initial appearance was held for Samantha L. Smith, 18, Oconto. She is accused of felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct and was arrested in Oconto on Sept. 1. A $500 cash bond was set, and her appearance will continue Sept. 12. Justin L. Douglas, 30, Kimberly, made an initial appearance on charges of being party to burglary arming himself with a dangerous weapon, two counts of being party to theft, and a charge of being party to a burglary, all which allegedly took place June 12, 2012, in the town of Underhill. His preliminary hearing is Sept. 19, and a $5,000 signature bond continues. An arraignment is Nov. 18 for Robert T. Miles, 28, Redgranite. He faces 17 counts of being party to theft and a charge of being party to burglary, which allegedly took place Aug. 26, 2011, in the town of Abrams. No bond is necessary; he is in custody at the Redgranite Correction Institution. An arraignment will be held Sept. 23 for Shawn L. Kramer, 48, Lena. He is accused of felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct and was arrested May 19 in the town of Oconto. His $1,000 cash bond continues. Proceedings from Aug. 31 An arraignment will be held Sept. 27 for Heith M. Warner, 42, Oconto Falls. He is charged with two counts of manufacturing a controlled substance, one count on April 18 and another on May 13, both in Oconto Falls. He also faces charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, both which allegedly took place May 13 in Oconto Falls. A $10,000 signature bond continues. Julie S. Mann, 51, Oconto, made an initial appearance on a charge of possessing a firearm in Oconto on Aug. 28. Her appearance will continue Sept. 12, and a $2,500 cash bond was set. After a bench warrant for the arrest of John P. Kollman, 34, Green Bay, was vacated, he appeared on charges of being party to a burglary and two counts of being party to theft, which allegedly occurred May 10 in the town of Chase. His arraignment is Oct. 29, and a $500 cash bond was set. Zachariah M. Diedrich, 30, Oconto, made an initial appearance for strangulation and suffocation, battery and obstructing an officer. He was arrested Aug. 29 in Oconto. His appearance is continued to Sept. 12, and a $2,500 cash bond was set. An arraignment will be held Sept. 12 for Joseph P. Marquette, 54, Mountain. He is charged with physical abuse of a child intending to cause bodily harm, which allegedly occurred April 30 in the town of Riverview. His $5,000 signature bond continues. Sarah M. Cadieux, 27, De Pere, entered not guilty pleas to being party to a burglary armed with a dangerous weapon, party to burglary and two counts of being party to theft, which allegedly took place May 30 in the town of Little Suamico. Her pretrial conference is scheduled Sept. 12, and a $2,500 cash bond continues. Proceedings from Aug. 14 An arraignment is set Sept. 12 for Laura L. Dey, 33, Oconto Falls. She faces charges of being party to burglary at the United True Value Store in Oconto Falls on July 15 and July 24 and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and misdemeanor theft. Her $5,000 signature bond continues Proceedings from Aug. 13 Khristopher S. Walker, 19, Oconto, entered a no contest plea to sexual assault of a child under the age of 16, which took place May 16 in Oconto. He was sentenced to six years in prison, three years confinement and three years extended supervision. The sentence was imposed and stayed and he was placed on probation four years and ordered to spend 10 months in jail with work release privileges. He must register on the Wisconsin sex offender registry and comply with its rules, have no contact with the victim, her family or residence, pay $268 court costs, attend alcohol and other drug abuse assessment and follow through, maintain absolute sobriety, have a psychological evaluation and seek and maintain full-time employment. A pretrial conference is scheduled Sept. 12 for Ronald L. Ketchum, 27, Peshtigo. He is accused of stalking on June 28 in Oconto and felony bail jumping, physical abuse of a child intending bodily harm, misdemeanor battery, disorderly conduct and causing criminal damage to property on June 9, also in Oconto. A $1,500 cash bond continues. An arraignment will take place Aug. 27 for Brenda L. Prey, 34, Oconto. She is charged with hit-and-run causing injury on June 7 in Oconto. Her $1,000 cash bond continues. Proceedings from Aug. 9 Sentencing has been withheld for David G. Shepard Jr., 26, Lakewood. He was charged with repeated battery and causing bodily harm, amended to repeated disorderly conduct, and with obstructing an officer, both which occurred Dec. 20, 2012, in the town of Lakewood. He was placed on probation two years with the conditions he pay $16,485.06 restitution, $243 court costs, spend six months in jail, maintain absolute sobriety and not be in places alcohol is sold except for restaurants. Randall R. Huempfer, 45, Green Bay, entered a no contest plea to being party to possession of a controlled substance on Nov. 18, 2012, in the town of Abrams. He was ordered to pay fines and court costs of $649. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed. Jeffrey J. Smet, 45, Gillett, was placed on probation two years for making a false claim to an insurance company between Sept. 11, 2011, and Feb. 10, 2012, in Gillett. He was also ordered to pay $4,500 restitution during the probation period and $243 court costs and undergo any treatment or counseling ordered. Proceedings from July 29 An arraignment will be held Sept. 12 for Nancy S. McCarthy, 28, formerly of Baileys Harbor, now of Green Bay. She was arrested on March 15 in the town of Little Suamico and charged with possession of narcotic drugs. A $2,000 signature bond continues. An arraignment will be held Sept. 12 for Ronald L. Ketchum, 27, Peshtigo. He faces charges of stalking, child abuse intending to cause bodily harm, battery, disorderly conduct, causing criminal damage to property and felony bail jumping. He was arrested June 9 in Oconto. His $6,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 3 for Shawn L. Kramer, 48, Lena, who was arrested May 19 for felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct. His $1,000 signature bond continues.
