Fouts, 25, Green Bay, was sentenced to nine years incarceration and five years extended supervision for three counts of burglary of a building, party to a crime, on Oct. 22, 2008, in the towns of Oconto Falls and Pensaukee. Restitution is $11,187.44. He is to have no contact with the victims except to write an apology letter to each. A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Greg A. Gering, 54, Little Suamico, on three charges of medical assistance fraud Jan. 1, 2011, to Dec. 31, 2013. A signature bond of $5,000 continues. An arraignment/status conference is June 5. Delebreau, 20, Rhinelander, on 13 counts of conspiracy to commit possession with the intent to distribute narcotics and non-narcotic drugs, party to a crime May 30, 2013, in Oconto. Romnek, 19, Neenah, on charges of homicide by intoxicated use of vehicle and knowingly operating a motor vehicle while suspended license, cause of death March 29 in Riverview. A cash bond of $5,000 continues. An arraignment is June 4. A waiver preliminary hearing and arraignment was held for Geilan R. Schreurs, 22, Wausau, on a charge of identity theft-financial gain July 18 in Oconto. A signature bond of $5,000 continues. Pretrial conference is July 10. Ashly J. Toth, 31, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to two charges of physical abuse of a child-intentionally cause bodily harm, Sept. 28, 2012, and Dec. 16, 2012, in Oconto Falls. The court sentenced her to two years probation. She is to have no contact with victim and comply with Health and Human Services requirements. Bail jumping charges were dismissed. An arraignment was held for Kyle L. Davis, 17, Mountain, on two felony charges of burglary of a building or dwelling as a party to a crime and four misdemeanor charges Jan. 27 and Feb. 15, 21 and 22, in Riverview. A $5,000 signature bond continues. A pretrial conference is July 10. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Dawn M. Behnke, 36, Suring, on a charge of possession of narcotic drugs as a party to a crime March 11 in Gillett. A signature bond of $2,000 continues. A preliminary hearing is June 27. Daniel R. Williams, 21, Pulaski, was sentenced to seven years incarceration and three years extended supervision on charges of burglary of a building, as party to a crime, and theft, as party to a crime, on Oct. 1, 2013, in Chase. A restitution hearing is June 16. Keith A. Smet, 26, Oconto, pleaded no contest to charges of repeated sexual assault of same child and cause child 13-18 to view sexual activity June 13, 2013, through Sept. 30, 2013, in Oconto County. Sentencing hearing is July 11. Proceedings from May 19 An arraignment was held for River Pendleton, 18, Gillett, on charges of aggravated battery April 29 in the town of Gillett. A cash bond of $2,500 continues. A pretrial conference is June 5. A waiver preliminary hearing/bond hearing was held for Kendall L. Vanwychen, 32, Crivitz, on three misdemeanor charges and one felony charge of possession of a firearm by a felon on May 27, 2013, in Riverview. The court amended the cash bond to $2,500. An arraignment and status conference are June 5 . Leslie R. Boyd, 51, Cecil, pleaded no contest to sex registry violations Dec. 13, 2012, in Underhill. A $2,500 bond continues. Sentencing is July 8. Proceedings from May 16 An initial appearance and bail bond hearing was held for Lindy L. Walker, 27, Marinette, on two misdemeanor drug charges and a felony charge of possession of narcotic drugs May 15 in the village of Lena. The court set a $2,500 cash bond. An adjourned initial appearance is June 5. Proceedings from May 12 Austin R.L. Johnson, 18, Freedom, was sentenced to six months in jail, imposed and stayed, and one year probation on misdemeanor and felony charges of identity theft and false representation occurring June 22 in Spruce. He must pay $150 in fines, plus costs equaling $452, obtain his high school diploma or equivalent and pay $906. Travis R. Pecha, 27, Oconto, waived his preliminary hearing on felony charges of strangulation and suffocation, domestic abuse, and two misdemeanor charges on April 12 in the town of Pensaukee. A $5,000 bond continues. An arraignment is May 28. A motion and sentencing hearing was held to reopen charges against Joel M. Tilkens, 30, Oconto. His deferred prosecution agreement was not fulfilled on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges from 2012 and 2013 in Oconto. The court ordered a presentence investigation. A plea and sentencing hearing was held for Denis V. Bochkarev, 19, Little Suamico. He entered a no contest plea to theft-movable property, party to a crime, on Jan. 25, 2013, in Chase. The court ordered three years probation with conditions that he pay restitution and surcharges of $3,454.20. If he successfully completes this sentence and stays crime free for three years, the court will grant an expungement. Proceedings from May 9 Anthony S. Lonzo, 35, Pound, pleaded not guilty to attempting to flee or elude a traffic officer, repeater, April 3 in Oconto Falls and a misdemeanor charge of operating without a valid license. A $10,000 cash bond was set. A pretrial conference is May 30. An initial appearance was held for Kyle K. Sydor, 25, Oconto, on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, second offense, injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle, and reckless driving causing bodily harm May 8 in the city of Oconto. Skenandore, 32, Milwaukee, on repeater charges of possession of cocaine, possession of THC and possession of narcotic drugs, and two misdemeanor charges on May 8 in the town of Gillett.
