Four juveniles outside a residence on South Oakland Avenue were cited for consuming alcohol on Aug. 2. A 13-year-old Oconto Falls boy suffered a broken collarbone Aug. 2 after the bicycle he was riding hit the side of a vehicle leaving the parking lot of the East Side Beach. The driver of the vehicle, a 23-year-old male, said he did not see the bicyclist approaching on the sidewalk on Main Street. The boy was transported by ambulance to Community Memorial Hospital. Two hydraulic jacks, a crow bar and a pick, all valued at $100, were taken from the back of a pickup truck parked on North Franklin Street on Aug. 3. A vehicle driven by an Oconto Falls woman, 28, backed out of a driveway Aug. 6 and struck a passing vehicle driven by an Oconto Falls man, 18. The woman was cited for unsafe backing and for failure to show proof of insurance. Her vehicle sustained minor damage; the man’s vehicle, moderate damage. An Oconto Falls woman, 32, was arrested for battery Aug. 7 after a physical confrontation with an Oconto Falls woman, 27, on South Franklin Street. The victim sought her own treatment for minor injuries. Someone moved construction barricades into the traffic lanes of South Chestnut Avenue and Columbia Street on Aug. 9. An Oconto Falls man, 20, was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct Aug. 9 after a domestic dispute involving his girlfriend, 17, of Oconto. The woman sought her own treatment for her injuries. Two 14-year-old males, one from Oconto and one from Oconto Falls, were found trespassing Aug. 11 inside an ST Paper building at 106 Central Ave. One boy was referred to juvenile authorities. The other was issued a municipal citation. Juveniles on Union Avenue received a warning from officers after making jumps for their bikes from large equipment left on the street for a construction project.
