A $20,000 cash bond continues. An arraignment is Nov. 10.
Daniel B. Schuettpelz, 34, Sobieski, entered a guilty plea to charges of operating while intoxicated fifth or sixth offense from Jan. 15 in Little Suamico. The court dismissed a charge of operating with prohibited alcohol concentration fifth or sixth offense, alcohol fine enhancer. A $2,000 cash bond was revoked by the court. Sentencing is Dec. 2.
River Pendleton, 18, Gillett, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of burglary, party to a crime from April 29 in the town of Gillett. The court dismissed an aggravated battery charge and revoked a cash bond of $2,500. Sentencing is Dec. 9.

An arraignment was held for Darrell J. Brempell, 25, Black River Falls, on a felony charge of theft of movable property and a misdemeanor charge from April 23, 2012, in Oconto. The court amended his felony charge to a misdemeanor.
A status conference/continued initial appearance was held for Kendall L. Vanwychen, 32, Crivitz, on felony charges of felon possession of a firearm, bail jumping and five misdemeanor charges from May 27, 2013, in Riverview. A $15,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is Oct. 29.
Deana M. Spiegel, 34, Oconto Falls, pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor charges of possession of drugs and paraphernalia from May 19 in the town of Oconto Falls and pleaded not guilty to possession with the intent to deliver THC and maintaining a drug trafficking place, charges which the court dismissed. She was sentenced to seven months of jail time, 18 months probation and 16 hours of community service, with the conditions of absolute sobriety and no contact with others involved.
Daniel J. Janus, 44, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to a felony charge of operating while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense) and a misdemeanor charge Aug. 4 in the town of Oconto. A $3,500 cash bond continues. Sentencing is Dec. 12.

Aaron D. Yokeum, 35, Mountain, was sentenced to one year, three months incarceration and two years extended supervision on a Sept. 21, 2013, felony charge of substantial battery-intend bodily harm in Mountain. He must maintain full-time employment, progress toward achieving a GED, have no contact with the victim and maintain absolute sobriety.
A preliminary hearing was held for Katherine A. Sponenburg, 31, Pulaski, on two misdemeanor charges and two felony charges of aggravated battery with the use of a dangerous weapon and substantial battery with the use of a dangerous weapon from Sept. 7 in Lena. A $1,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Dec. 11.
Lazaro A. Sanchez-Orama, 28, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to two felony counts of first degree child sexual assault-sexual contact with a person under 13 and three misdemeanor charges from April 20 and June 10 in Oconto. A $100,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Nov. 13.
