Proceedings from Dec. 9
River Pendleton, 18, Gillett, was sentenced to two years incarceration, with credit of 225 days, and two years extended supervision on charges of burglary, party to a crime, from April 29 in the town of Gillett. Charges of aggravated battery were dismissed. The court ordered him to obtain a high school equivalency diploma or certificate of general educational development, complete alcohol and other drug abuse treatment, and complete any other treatment, counseling and aftercare deemed appropriate. He is not to possess or consume alcohol or drugs without a valid prescription and have no contact with the victim.
Chad R. Ondik, 41, Lena, pleaded not guilty to felony charges of perjury before court, party to a crime, and intimidating witness/conspiracy, party to a crime from Sept. 8 and 16 in Oconto. A $50,000 signature bond continues. A status conference is Jan. 7.

Cody J. Ford, 21, De Pere, pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor charge and a felony charge of child abuse, recklessly cause harm from Sept. 4 and Nov. 1 in Chase. A $1,000 cash bond continues. He also has a pending Door County case. A pretrial conference is Jan. 12.

Steven N. Lewis Jr., 25, Oconto Falls, was sentenced to four years incarceration and five years extended supervision on a felony charge of burglary of a building or dwelling place from March 7 in the town of Oconto Falls. Two misdemeanor charges were dismissed. He is responsible for restitution and court costs totaling $577.50. He must have no contact with the victim and must successfully complete alcohol and other drug abuse programs, cognitive intervention and any programs deemed appropriate. He must maintain absolute sobriety and enter drug court after his release from incarceration.

Thomas L. Tate, 62, Abrams, pleaded not guilty to felony charges of first-degree recklessly endanger safety, use of a dangerous weapon, and intentionally pointing a firearm at a person Oct. 11 in Abrams. A $10,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Jan. 15.
Cody R. Ludwig, 22, Lena, pleaded guilty to a felony charge of vehicle operator flee and elude an officer and a misdemeanor charge from July 13 in Oconto. The cash bond of $650 continues. Sentencing is Jan. 28.
