A sentencing hearing was held for Lyle W. Hennricks, 47, West Allis, on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense in five years) May 2 in Little Suamico. He was sentenced to two years incarceration and three years extended supervision. He must pay fines of $2,785, complete AODA and cognitive thinking programs, assessments, evaluations, treatments and follow-up care, and maintain full-time employment and absolute sobriety. His driver’s license is revoked 36 months, an ignition interlock is placed for 36 months and he has six demerit points. Other charges and citations were dismissed.
An arraignment/plea hearing was held for Blake E. Gewont, 39, Krakow. He pleaded guilty to two of four counts of failure to support October 2011 through May 2013 in Krakow. A $10,000 cash bond continues. Sentencing is April 13.
A sentencing hearing was held for Paul W. Rugg, 20, Oconto, on a felony charge of theft, movable property, Aug. 28 in Oconto. He was sentenced to 18 months probation with conditions of 10 days in jail with Huber privileges. He must maintain full-time employment, not have contact with victims or co-defendants, seek AODA and cognitive intervention with a compass evaluation, complete all programs and treatments, and maintain absolute sobriety. Charges of burglary to a building or a dwelling place, party to a crime, and one misdemeanor were read in and dismissed. The county will grant an expunction if he successfully completes this sentence and probation and stays crime free for 18 months.

A waiver preliminary hearing/arraignment was held for Ryan G. Larson, 20, Sobieski. He pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of burglary to a building or a dwelling, party to a crime, and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Dec. 12, 2014, in Little Suamico. A $2,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is March 12.
A waiver preliminary/initial appearance was held for Savannah R. Martin, 16, Laona, on felony charges of operator fleeing and eluding officer-great harm, knowingly operating while suspended (cause great bodily harm) and two counts of recklessly endangering safety, which allegedly occurred Nov. 29 and 30 in Townsend. A $1,000 cash bond continues. An arraignment is April 9.
An initial appearance was held for Darrell J. Skenandore, 48, Green Bay, on felony charges of possession of THC (second-plus offense), party to a crime, and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Feb. 28 in Oconto. The court set a $2,500 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is March 12.
Proceedings from Feb. 27
A sentencing hearing was held for Jason A. Delebreau, 23, Rhinelander, on six counts of conspiracy to commit possession with the intent to distribute narcotics, party to a crime on May 30, 2013, in Oconto. He was sentenced to five years incarceration and 10 years extended supervision. All other counts were dismissed. Vilas, Oneida and Forest counties consolidated their cases into Oconto, and sentences are to run concurrent. On Oneida County’s burglary of a building or dwelling charge, he was sentenced to nine years, six months incarceration and five years extended supervision. On Vilas County’s burglary to a building or dwelling and criminal damage (repeater) charges, he was sentenced to 11 years incarceration and five years, six months extended supervision. On Forest County’s burglary to a building or a dwelling, he was sentenced to seven years, six months incarceration and five years extended supervision. He received credit for 639 days. He is to have no contact with co-defendants or victims, maintain absolute sobriety, gain employment and successfully complete any AODA and cognitive thinking assessments and follow through. Restitution of $1,250 is due during incarceration. Forest County’s restitution is yet to be determined. All other counts from the above counties were read in and dismissed.
A sentencing hearing was held for Jeremia B. Spohn, 27, Townsend, on a felony charge of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle (second-plus offense) Aug. 29 in Townsend. He was sentenced to four years incarceration and six years extended supervision. He received credit for 183 days. A misdemeanor charge was dismissed. He must pay a fine of $4,563 and any Department of Correction fees during extended supervision, successfully complete AODA assessments and any other assessment deemed appropriate with follow through and maintain absolute sobriety. His license is revoked for five years, and an ignition lock will be placed for five years.

On an Oneida County burglary of a building or dwelling charge, he was sentenced to eight years incarceration and five years extended supervision. On a Vilas County burglary to a building or dwelling and criminal damage (repeater) charge, he was sentenced to nine years, six months incarceration and five years, six months extended supervision. On Forest County’s burglary to a building or a dwelling charge, he was sentenced to seven years, six months incarceration and five years extended supervision. All charges run concurrent. He received a credit of 639 days. A sentence/revocation hearing was held for Justin L. Douglas, 32, Portage, on a felony charge of burglary to a building or dwelling on June 12, 2012, in Underhill. He was sentenced to seven years, six months incarceration and five years extended supervision. On a felony charge of theft of movable property, he was sentenced to three years incarceration and three years extended supervision. The first count is concurrent with the second count but consecutive to any other sentencing or revocation. Other charges were read in and dismissed.

An initial appearance was held for Janae Tress Kellogg, 17, Gillett, on felony charges of injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle, injury by use of a vehicle-party to a crime and reckless driving causing great bodily harm, which allegedly occurred Jan. 11 in Lena. The court set a $2,500 cash bond. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled March 12.
An initial appearance was held for Charles M. Stuart, 24, Gillett, on felony charges of battery of a peace officer and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Feb. 21 in Underhill. The court set a $5,000 signature bond. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled March 12.
An initial appearance was held for Christopher R. Link, 30, Oconto, on felony charges of driving or operating a vehicle without consent, repeater, which allegedly occurred Jan. 16 in Pensaukee. The court set a $2,500 cash bond. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled March 12.

An initial appearance, waiver preliminary and arraignment were held for Travis J. Krueger, 40, Pulaski, on felony charges of OWI (fourth within five years)-alcohol fine enhancer, operating with PAC (fourth within five years)-alcohol fine enhancer. He pleaded not guilty to both counts. The court set a $1,000 cash bond. A pretrial conference is scheduled April 9.
An evidentiary hearing, final pretrial conference and plea hearing were held for Kyle K. Sydor, 25, Oconto. He pleaded no contest to charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, second offense, and reckless driving causing bodily harm from May 8 in Oconto. A charge of injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle was read in and dismissed. A $10,000 cash bond was revoked. The court will allow Huber work release and furlough for childbirth for up to one week, but he cannot leave the state. A sentencing is scheduled April 8.
A status conference was held for Donald L. Tappa, 39, Oconto, on charges of arson of a building, two counts burglary, one count theft, two counts of burglary of a building or a dwelling, two counts theft movable property ($5,000-$10,000) and two counts criminal damage to property, which allegedly occurred Aug. 23, 2010, and Nov. 19, Dec. 24 and 25, 2013, in Oconto. A $100,000 cash bond continues. A motion hearing is scheduled May 1.
